【摘要】：隨著汽車市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益激烈，為了更準(zhǔn)確的更快速的占領(lǐng)汽車市場(chǎng)，汽車制造企業(yè)紛紛提高生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)效率，不斷改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品并推出新的車型，提高汽車企業(yè)的庫存管理水平，加強(qiáng)對(duì)供應(yīng)商的管理對(duì)增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有重要的意義。 本文通過對(duì)DNEC公司設(shè)備備件庫存管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，運(yùn)用理論結(jié)合案例的研究方法，對(duì)DNEC公司設(shè)備備件庫存管理提出了改進(jìn)建議及改善方法，以消耗最少、庫存最低為目標(biāo)，在ABC分類管理的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合備件屬性綜合分類，并分別建立了需求量、定貨點(diǎn)和定貨量數(shù)學(xué)模型，進(jìn)而求得了安全庫存、起訂點(diǎn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)訂貨量，在控制庫存的同時(shí)減少缺貨而引起的停線。本文通過對(duì)DNEC公司備件管理改善的實(shí)踐，，運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代庫存的基本理論和方法，研究備件管理的全過程，提出了適合DNEC備件管理的一套新的理論和方法。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the automobile market, in order to occupy the automobile market more accurately and more quickly, the automobile manufacturing enterprises have improved the efficiency of production equipment, improved the products and introduced new models one after another. It is of great significance to improve the inventory management level of automobile enterprises and strengthen the management of suppliers to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the status quo of spare parts inventory management in DNEC Company, this paper puts forward some suggestions and methods to improve the inventory management of equipment spare parts in DNEC Company by using the theory and case study method. Taking the minimum consumption and the lowest inventory as the goal, combined with the comprehensive classification of spare parts attributes on the basis of ABC classification management, the mathematical models of demand, ordering point and order quantity were established respectively, and then the safety inventory was obtained. Starting point and economic order quantity, stop line caused by controlling stock and reducing stock shortage. This paper applies the basic theory and method of modern inventory through the practice of improving spare parts management in DNEC Company. This paper studies the whole process of spare parts management and puts forward a new theory and method suitable for DNEC spare parts management.
