【摘要】：近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)各大中型冶金行業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)院為了增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,采取了許多行之有效的措施和辦法。如何把現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的思想有效地運(yùn)用到設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)中去,提高設(shè)計(jì)效率、加強(qiáng)設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量控制,規(guī)避設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),建立高素質(zhì)的設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì),一直是從事設(shè)計(jì)管理工作的部門和人員不斷研究和探索的論文。設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理工作是系統(tǒng)工程,有共性的東西,也存在個(gè)性化的差異。針對(duì)不同專業(yè)、不同工程特點(diǎn),在共性框架下實(shí)施差異化的設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理,是值得研究和討論的內(nèi)容。SG設(shè)計(jì)院在本行業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)院中具有一定代表性,機(jī)構(gòu)建制齊全,設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)配套完整,本文首先對(duì)SG設(shè)計(jì)院電信設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析和研究,找出設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的方面和原因,通過(guò)CZ棒材工程電信設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理實(shí)踐,從設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量策劃、質(zhì)量保證、質(zhì)量控制三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行全過(guò)程的項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理,提高和改進(jìn)電信專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理方案。本文通過(guò)對(duì)CZ棒材工程電信設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理實(shí)施的研究,豐富和完善了 SG設(shè)計(jì)院電信設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理方案;提出全過(guò)程的控制思想、質(zhì)量管理PDCA循環(huán)同樣是設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理的核心,能否有效實(shí)施將對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生重要的影響,同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理必須重視人的因素;運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理的思想、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的理論和方法,分析和研究電信專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目管理是今后需要不斷研究的方向。本論文是在結(jié)合冶金行業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)院電信專業(yè)具體設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐背景下的研究,體現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理背景和特點(diǎn)。論文研究的棒材工程電信設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理方案,將豐富冶金行業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)院在軋鋼工程電信設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理工作中思想和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。對(duì)相關(guān)行業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)單位在電信專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理過(guò)程中,提高管理水平,提高設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量,提供一些借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, domestic large and medium-sized metallurgical industry design institutes in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Many effective measures and methods have been taken. How to effectively apply the thought of modern project quality management to the production of design products, improve design efficiency, strengthen design quality control, and avoid design risks. The establishment of a high-quality design team has been engaged in design management departments and personnel continue to study and explore the paper. Design quality management is a system engineering, there are common things. There are also individualized differences. According to different specialties and different engineering characteristics, the design quality management of differentiation is implemented under the general framework. SG design institute in the industry design institute has a certain representation, the organization is complete, design professional complete. This paper firstly analyzes and studies the current situation of telecom design quality management in SG Design Institute, and finds out the aspects and causes of the design quality problems, and through the CZ bar engineering telecommunication design project quality management practice. From the design quality planning, quality assurance, quality control three aspects of the whole process of project quality management. Through the research on the implementation of quality management of CZ bar engineering telecommunication design project, this paper enriches and perfects the quality management scheme of SG design institute's telecommunication design project. Put forward the whole process control idea, quality management PDCA cycle is also the core of design quality management, whether the effective implementation will have an important impact on the design quality. At the same time, the design quality management must pay attention to the human factor; Using the thought of modern project management, the theory and method of project quality management. Analysis and research on telecom design project management is the direction that needs to be studied in the future. This paper is based on the practical background of telecommunication design project of metallurgical industry design institute. Reflect the design project quality management background and characteristics. It will enrich the thinking and experience of the metallurgical industry design institute in the quality management of the telecommunication design project of steel rolling engineering, and improve the management level of the relevant industry design units in the process of the quality management of the telecommunication professional design project. Improve design quality, provide some reference and reference.
