【摘要】:21世紀(jì)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化不斷深化,超強(qiáng)的世界經(jīng)濟(jì)競爭對國有企業(yè)的經(jīng)營思想、價值觀念、思想道德、制度建設(shè)和行為規(guī)范帶來嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn)。因此,許多企業(yè)紛紛調(diào)整發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以適應(yīng)撲面而來的全球化經(jīng)濟(jì)浪潮。企業(yè)競爭具體表現(xiàn)為產(chǎn)品競爭、服務(wù)競爭,背后實(shí)際上是組織文化的較量,國有企業(yè)要想在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化中生存并有所作為,沒有優(yōu)秀的、強(qiáng)勢的組織文化,就難以在世界大市場中占有一席之地。因此,加強(qiáng)組織文化建設(shè),提升企業(yè)的核心競爭力,,已經(jīng)成為世界一流企業(yè)共同的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。 本文通過研究廣州文沖船廠有限責(zé)任公司的組織文化發(fā)展,結(jié)合改革開放以來日益市場化、國際化的發(fā)展環(huán)境,揭示廣州文沖船廠有限責(zé)任公司組織文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀及存在問題;結(jié)合比較分析和定性分析,提出廣州文沖船廠有限責(zé)任公司組織文化構(gòu)架的指導(dǎo)思想以及建設(shè)思路、框架;從精神文化、制度文化、物質(zhì)文化三個層面,為廣州文沖船廠有限責(zé)任公司組織文化建設(shè)提出可行的政策建議,進(jìn)而推動廣州文沖船廠有限責(zé)任公司組織文化建設(shè)從理論探索和實(shí)踐活動兩個層面不斷深化發(fā)展,建立廣州文沖船廠有限責(zé)任公司組織文化框架。 研究廣州文沖船廠有限責(zé)任公司新形勢下的組織文化建設(shè)問題,對于提高廣州文沖船廠有限責(zé)任公司的組織能力、管理能力及適應(yīng)新環(huán)境的能力都有極為重要的意義。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the deepening of economic globalization, the super-strong world economic competition to state-owned enterprises management ideas, values, ideology and morality, system construction and behavior norms bring a severe test. Many enterprises adjust their development strategies one after another to adapt to the coming tide of global economy. The competition of enterprises is embodied in the competition of products and services, which is actually the contest of organizational culture. If the state-owned enterprises want to survive and do something in the economic globalization, it is difficult for the state-owned enterprises to have a place in the world market without excellent and strong organizational culture. Therefore, the construction of organizational culture should be strengthened. Improving the core competitiveness of enterprises has become the common development goal of world-class enterprises. This paper studies the development of the organizational culture of Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard Co., Ltd., combined with the increasingly market-oriented and internationalized development environment since the reform and opening up. Reveal the present situation and existing problems of the organizational culture construction of Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard Co., Ltd. Combined with comparative analysis and qualitative analysis, this paper puts forward the guiding ideology, construction ideas and framework of the organizational culture framework of Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard Co., Ltd. From the spiritual culture, the system culture, the material culture three levels, for Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard Limited liability company organization culture construction proposed the feasible policy proposal. Furthermore, the organizational culture construction of Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard Co., Ltd. has been promoted from the two aspects of theoretical exploration and practical activities, and the organizational culture framework of Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard Co., Ltd has been established. This paper studies the organizational culture construction of Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard Co., Ltd under the new situation, which will improve the organizational ability of Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard Co., Ltd. The management ability and the ability to adapt to the new environment are of great significance.
