【摘要】：伴隨著全球化趨勢的深入發(fā)展和國內(nèi)市場化機(jī)制的確立，激烈的競爭給眾多企業(yè)帶來了眾多的挑戰(zhàn)的同時也給企業(yè)帶來了眾多的機(jī)遇。廣大企業(yè)應(yīng)該在應(yīng)對挑戰(zhàn)的同時加快自身抓住機(jī)遇的能力，加快自身的信息化建設(shè)的步伐，提高自身的管理水平和管理效率。而在企業(yè)加快自身建設(shè)的過程中，如何更好地對自身的項目型的工作進(jìn)行管理是一個無法跨越的問題。 本文以M公司的稽查MIS項目為研究對象，以新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的理論為基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合項目管理理論、管理流程理論，通過大量文獻(xiàn)搜集、M公司稽查MIS項目資料搜集、定性分析等方法對M公司的基于新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的稽查MIS的項目管理進(jìn)行研究，并嘗試著探索著基于新產(chǎn)品的項目管理理論，以能更好地幫助企業(yè)對項目執(zhí)行更好地的管理，同時也探索著項目管理地全新內(nèi)容，即嘗試將流程管理內(nèi)容、新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)中的績效評價理論融入到項目管理內(nèi)容中。 本論文主要包括5個部分：第一章為引言，主要對研究對象M公司做了簡介，以及介紹了論文的研究背景和意義，研究方法和研究目的，還有研究內(nèi)容和研究技術(shù)路線；第二章主要是相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述，主要是介紹了新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、項目與項目管理、項目管理過程與內(nèi)容以及國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究；第三章為稽查MIS項目的相關(guān)分析，，包括需求、定位、可行性、風(fēng)險、應(yīng)用效益、建設(shè)目標(biāo)與發(fā)展前景等分析；第五章為稽查MIS的項目管理研究，主要包括稽查MIS業(yè)務(wù)流程管理、組織管理、范圍管理、進(jìn)度管理、風(fēng)險管理、績效評價等研究；第五章是總結(jié)與展望，主要內(nèi)容包括總結(jié)、不足與局限、對未來的展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization and the establishment of domestic market-oriented mechanism. Fierce competition brings many challenges to many enterprises, but also brings a lot of opportunities to enterprises. The majority of enterprises should speed up their ability to seize the opportunities while facing the challenges. Speed up the pace of their own information construction, improve their own management level and management efficiency, and in the process of speeding up their own construction. How to better manage their own project work is an insurmountable problem. In this paper, M company audit MIS project as the research object, based on the new product development theory, combined with the project management theory, management process theory, through a large number of literature collection. M company audit MIS project data collection, qualitative analysis and other methods to M company based on new product development audit MIS project management research, and try to explore the new product based project management theory. In order to better help enterprises to implement better management of the project, but also explore the new content of project management, that is, try to manage the content of the process. New product development performance evaluation theory into the content of project management. This paper mainly includes five parts: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research object M company, and introduces the research background and significance, research methods and research purposes. There is also the research content and research technical route; The second chapter is the related literature review, mainly introduced the new product development, the project and the project management, the project management process and the content as well as the domestic and foreign correlation research; The third chapter is the related analysis of the audit MIS project, including demand, positioning, feasibility, risk, application benefits, construction objectives and development prospects. Chapter 5th is the research of audit MIS project management, including audit MIS business process management, organization management, scope management, schedule management, risk management, performance evaluation and so on. Chapter 5th is a summary and outlook, the main content includes summary, deficiency and limitation, the outlook for the future.
