【摘要】：我國(guó)的裝備制造業(yè)自十九世紀(jì)中期發(fā)端以來(lái)，在推動(dòng)我國(guó)工業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的歷史進(jìn)程中作出了貢獻(xiàn)；時(shí)至今日，裝備制造業(yè)依舊是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要產(chǎn)業(yè)，在推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)中扮演極為重要的角色。然而，放眼全球裝備制造業(yè)的版圖，當(dāng)前我國(guó)的裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展處在相對(duì)落后的地位。因此，提高我國(guó)裝備制造業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力并使之在全球裝備制造業(yè)取得一席之地，不僅是我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的需要，也是我國(guó)裝備制造業(yè)自身發(fā)展的需要。 在全球裝備制造業(yè)激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的環(huán)境中，提高企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)效率是我國(guó)裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的重要途徑。因此，低成本戰(zhàn)略就成為裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)的一種選擇。在當(dāng)今金融業(yè)和實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)相互作用日益深化的情況下，，借助于金融工具實(shí)施低成本戰(zhàn)略是裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)的重要選擇。 在紛繁蕪雜的金融工具中，和裝備制造業(yè)聯(lián)系最為緊密的是融資租賃。本文在給出融資租及我國(guó)裝備制造業(yè)各自發(fā)展的基本狀況的基礎(chǔ)上綜述了有關(guān)融資租賃和裝備制造業(yè)的既有研究成果。結(jié)合融資租賃的特征，本文論證了融資租賃在裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)貫徹低成本戰(zhàn)略中的促進(jìn)作用。這種作用主要體現(xiàn)在三個(gè)方面：融資租賃促銷(xiāo)功能在裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)貫徹低成本戰(zhàn)略中的作用；融資租賃的固定資產(chǎn)管理功能在裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)貫徹低成本戰(zhàn)略中的作用；融資租賃的現(xiàn)金流管理功能在裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)貫徹低成本戰(zhàn)略中作用。
[Abstract]:Since the middle of 19th century, the equipment manufacturing industry of our country has made a contribution to the historical process of promoting the modernization of our industry. Today, the equipment manufacturing industry is still an important industry in our national economy, which plays an extremely important role in promoting economic restructuring and industrial structure upgrading. However, looking at the global equipment manufacturing industry territory. At present, the development of China's equipment manufacturing industry is in a relatively backward position. Therefore, improve the competitiveness of our equipment manufacturing industry and make it gain a place in the global equipment manufacturing industry. It is not only the need of upgrading the industrial structure of our country, but also the need of the development of our country's equipment manufacturing industry. In the environment of fierce competition in the global equipment manufacturing industry, it is an important way for our equipment manufacturing enterprises to gain competitive advantage to improve their operational efficiency. Low-cost strategy has become a choice for equipment manufacturing enterprises. Nowadays, the interaction between financial industry and real economy is deepening day by day. It is an important choice for equipment manufacturing enterprises to implement low-cost strategy by means of financial instruments. Among the numerous financial instruments. Financing lease is most closely related to equipment manufacturing industry. This paper summarizes the existing research results of financing lease and equipment manufacturing industry on the basis of giving the basic conditions of financing lease and the respective development of equipment manufacturing industry in China. ... combined with the characteristics of financial leases. This paper demonstrates the role of financial leasing in the implementation of low-cost strategy in equipment manufacturing enterprises, which is mainly reflected in three aspects:. The role of financial leasing promotion function in the implementation of low-cost strategy in equipment manufacturing enterprises; The role of the fixed assets management function of financial leasing in the implementation of low cost strategy in equipment manufacturing enterprises; The cash flow management function of financial leasing plays an important role in the implementation of low-cost strategy for equipment manufacturing enterprises.
