冷熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)背景下深圳寶昌電力有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:在倡導(dǎo)資源節(jié)約、環(huán)境友好的社會(huì)發(fā)展模式的時(shí)代,如何提高資源利用率,制定可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略成為企業(yè)面臨的一大問題。冷熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)思路自提出以來,憑借其高效節(jié)能優(yōu)勢(shì),獲得了社會(huì)和企業(yè)的認(rèn)可。在國(guó)家政策大力支持冷熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)發(fā)展之際,本文以深圳寶昌電力有限公司為研究對(duì)象,綜合分析公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,探討了冷熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)背景下深圳寶昌電力有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 通過內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析發(fā)現(xiàn),深圳寶昌電力有限公司在組織、人力,技術(shù)等方面積累了軟實(shí)力,,在土地、資金上等硬件上也實(shí)現(xiàn)了配套,公司已經(jīng)具備了發(fā)展冷熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)的能力。PEST分析和五力模型分析以及SWOT等外部環(huán)境分析表明,該項(xiàng)目的開展符合當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)保等相關(guān)政策導(dǎo)向,能在深圳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中為電力需求提供保障、提升人民物質(zhì)生活水平。項(xiàng)目技術(shù)較成熟,燃?xì)夤⿷?yīng)充足、冷熱電需求穩(wěn)定,短時(shí)間內(nèi)沒有替代品,本區(qū)域行業(yè)內(nèi)沒有直接競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手,潛在的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手也難以在短時(shí)間內(nèi)造成威脅,是深圳寶昌電力有限公司理想的投資項(xiàng)目。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文明確了深圳寶昌電力有限公司的企業(yè)使命和愿景,從市場(chǎng)目標(biāo)、盈利目標(biāo)和社會(huì)目標(biāo)三方面構(gòu)建了企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)體系,并分短期和中長(zhǎng)期對(duì)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了具體描述。從專業(yè)化、一體化、多元化三個(gè)方面討論可考慮的公司層戰(zhàn)略,并給出了深圳寶昌電力有限公司層戰(zhàn)略的具體選擇,針對(duì)冷、熱、電三種產(chǎn)品給出了公司的業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略。深圳寶昌電力公司冷熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略具體實(shí)施時(shí)要先做好戰(zhàn)略宣傳,對(duì)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行細(xì)化分解,優(yōu)化資源配置、提升文化底蘊(yùn)。同時(shí),為確保深圳寶昌電力有限公司冷熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略能有效實(shí)施,還應(yīng)從資金、人力、工程基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、施工力能供應(yīng)方面做好保障措施,并做好戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施控制工作。論文最后對(duì)深圳寶昌電力冷熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略作出了客觀評(píng)價(jià)。 本文的研究成果結(jié)果對(duì)深圳寶昌電力有限公司冷熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的推進(jìn)具有一定的指導(dǎo)作用,并且部分內(nèi)容已在公司推進(jìn)。本文的研究成果除可指導(dǎo)深圳寶昌電力有限公司發(fā)展冷熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn),對(duì)其他能源企業(yè)做好戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃有借鑒價(jià)值,對(duì)促進(jìn)城市能源供應(yīng)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展具有起到積極的意義作用。
[Abstract]:In the era of advocating resource-saving and environment-friendly social development mode, how to improve the utilization rate of resources and formulate sustainable development strategy has become a major problem facing enterprises. The idea of cogeneration of cold, heat and power has been put forward since it was put forward. With its advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, it has been recognized by the society and enterprises. At the time of the national policy to support the development of cogeneration, this paper takes Shenzhen Baochang Power Co., Ltd as the research object. The development strategy of Shenzhen Baochang Power Co., Ltd under the background of cogeneration of cold, heat and power is discussed. Through the analysis of internal environment, it is found that Shenzhen Baochang Electric Power Co., Ltd. has accumulated soft power in organization, manpower, technology and so on. The company already has the ability to develop the cogeneration of cold, heat and electricity. Pest analysis and five force model analysis, SWOT and other external environment analysis show that the project is in line with the current economic, environmental protection and other related policy direction. In the process of economic development in Shenzhen to provide protection for electricity demand, improve the people's material living standard. The project technology is more mature, gas supply is sufficient, the demand for cold and thermal power is stable, there is no substitute in a short time. There are no direct competitors in the industry in the region, and potential competitors are difficult to pose a threat in a short period of time. It is an ideal investment project for Shenzhen Baochang Power Co., Ltd. On this basis. This paper clarifies the enterprise mission and vision of Shenzhen Baochang Electric Power Co., Ltd., and constructs the strategic objective system of the enterprise from three aspects: market goal, profit goal and social goal. It also describes the strategic objectives in the short and medium term. From three aspects of specialization, integration and diversification, the paper discusses the corporate strategy that can be considered. And gives the Shenzhen Baochang Electric Power Co., Ltd. layer strategy specific choice, aimed at cold, hot. Shenzhen Baochang Electric Power Co., Ltd. should first do a good job of strategic publicity, detailed decomposition of the strategy, and optimize the allocation of resources when implementing the development strategy of cold, heat and electricity cogeneration of Shenzhen Baochang Electric Power Company. At the same time, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the development strategy of Shenzhen Baochang Power Co., Ltd, we should do a good job in terms of capital, manpower, engineering infrastructure and construction power supply. Finally, the paper makes an objective evaluation on the development strategy of Shenzhen Baochang Electric Power Cool, Heat and Power cogeneration. The results of this paper have a certain guiding effect on the promotion of the cogeneration project of Shenzhen Baochang Electric Power Co., Ltd. And part of the content has been promoted in the company. The research results of this paper can guide Shenzhen Baochang Electric Power Co., Ltd. to develop the cogeneration of cold and heat power, which has reference value for other energy enterprises to do a good strategic planning. It plays a positive role in promoting the sustainable and healthy development of urban energy supply.
