【摘要】：隨著全球能源危機(jī)的不斷加深,石油資源的日趨枯竭以及大氣污染、全球氣溫上升的危害加劇,各國(guó)政府及汽車企業(yè)已普遍認(rèn)識(shí)到節(jié)能減排是未來(lái)汽車技術(shù)發(fā)展的主攻方向,發(fā)展電動(dòng)汽車將是解決這兩個(gè)技術(shù)難點(diǎn)的最佳途徑。電動(dòng)汽車由于具有環(huán)保特性,代表著汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向。因此,研究電動(dòng)汽車的綜合效益如何,對(duì)電動(dòng)汽車的推廣和普及具有重要的指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義,進(jìn)而為我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排目標(biāo)和能源安全提供保障。 論文圍繞電動(dòng)汽車綜合效益評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題,首先,介紹綜合評(píng)價(jià)的基本理論及方法,包括綜合評(píng)價(jià)的基本概念、步驟和程序以及常見(jiàn)的幾種綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,為電動(dòng)汽車的綜合效益評(píng)價(jià)工作奠定理論基礎(chǔ)；其次,研究電動(dòng)汽車發(fā)展情況。基于電動(dòng)汽車的定義、特點(diǎn)及分類,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外電動(dòng)汽車發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析,為構(gòu)建電動(dòng)汽車綜合效益評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系奠定基礎(chǔ)。第三,研究電動(dòng)汽車綜合效益評(píng)價(jià)模型。先從經(jīng)濟(jì)促進(jìn)、環(huán)境、社會(huì)和技術(shù)四方面構(gòu)建電動(dòng)汽車綜合效益評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,然后選擇以區(qū)間數(shù)形式表示的模糊層次分析法來(lái)構(gòu)建電動(dòng)汽車綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型。最后,基于吉林省電動(dòng)汽車發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用本文構(gòu)建的綜合效益評(píng)價(jià)模型對(duì)吉林省電動(dòng)汽車綜合效益進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)分析,以期為吉林省乃至全國(guó)各地電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the global energy crisis, the depletion of oil resources and air pollution, the harm of global temperature rise is aggravated. Governments and automobile enterprises all over the world have generally recognized that energy saving and emission reduction is the main direction of automotive technology development in the future, the development of electric vehicles will be the best way to solve these two technical difficulties. Electric vehicles have the characteristics of environmental protection. It represents the future direction of the automobile industry. Therefore, the study of the comprehensive benefits of electric vehicles has important guidance and reference significance for the promotion and popularization of electric vehicles. Furthermore, it can provide guarantee for our country to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction and energy security. Firstly, the paper introduces the basic theory and methods of comprehensive evaluation, including the basic concept of comprehensive evaluation, steps and procedures, as well as several common comprehensive evaluation methods. It lays a theoretical foundation for the comprehensive benefit evaluation of electric vehicles. Secondly, the development of electric vehicles is studied. Based on the definition, characteristics and classification of electric vehicles, the development status and trend of electric vehicles at home and abroad are analyzed. In order to build the electric vehicle comprehensive benefit evaluation index system to lay the foundation. Third, studies the electric vehicle comprehensive benefit appraisal model. First, from the economic promotion, the environment. Four aspects of society and technology to build the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of electric vehicles, and then select the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process expressed in the form of interval number to build a comprehensive evaluation model of electric vehicles. Finally. Based on the current situation of electric vehicle development in Jilin province, the comprehensive benefit evaluation model is used to evaluate and analyze the comprehensive benefit of electric vehicle in Jilin province. With a view to Jilin Province and even throughout the development of electric vehicles industry to provide reference and reference.
