【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,越來越多的企業(yè)已接觸、應(yīng)用或準(zhǔn)備應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)。時(shí)間與經(jīng)驗(yàn)證明,ERP系統(tǒng)能有效改善不同類型的公司運(yùn)營業(yè)績。但由于ERP系統(tǒng)本身存在一定的成本與風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并非完全適合于所有公司,因此,對如何應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng),從理論到實(shí)際ERP系統(tǒng)到底包括哪些內(nèi)容、哪些步驟、哪些注意事項(xiàng),以及應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)后的效果評價(jià)就顯得較為重要。只有當(dāng)企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者對ERP系統(tǒng)有著較全面系統(tǒng)的了解,才能對是否應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng),怎樣應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)做出更好的判斷決策。 本文首先介紹了ERP系統(tǒng)在我國應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀及影響因素,指出了我國應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)的時(shí)間相對較晚,但發(fā)展迅速,應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)既有可能提高公司盈利能力也會產(chǎn)生一些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。影響因素從初期準(zhǔn)備到后期驗(yàn)收,貫穿始終,如充分的調(diào)研,充足的資金,明確的目標(biāo)等。其次,本文簡單介紹了A公司的基本情況與應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)備工作,如初步調(diào)研、項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)、確定業(yè)務(wù)藍(lán)圖、整理與錄入基本數(shù)據(jù)、初期培訓(xùn)等。再次,本文就A公司應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)的具體過程進(jìn)行描述,在分析ERP實(shí)施目標(biāo)與過程中主要從銷售管理、采購管理、生產(chǎn)任務(wù)管理等方面進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合應(yīng)該注意的事項(xiàng)與可能存在的問題加以分析,具體提出公司針對這些問題采取的改進(jìn)對策。最后本文利用平衡計(jì)分卡理論的基本思想,對A公司應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)后的績效進(jìn)行評價(jià)。論文選取了平衡計(jì)分卡理論最核心的四個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容:財(cái)務(wù)、客戶、內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)流程、學(xué)習(xí)與成長,結(jié)合A公司自身情況確定了量化指標(biāo),對A公司應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)后各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的變化原因具體分析。基于A公司近期財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表、公司調(diào)查問卷、物料清單等資料,得出A公司應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)后各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)體系處于有一定改善與有較明顯改善之間。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, more and more enterprises have contacted, applied or prepared to apply ERP system. Time and experience prove. ERP system can effectively improve the operating performance of different types of companies. However, due to the existence of certain costs and risks in the ERP system, it is not completely suitable for all companies, so how to apply ERP system is discussed. From the theory to the actual ERP system, what content, which steps, which considerations. It is very important to evaluate the effect of using ERP system. Only when the enterprise leaders have a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of the ERP system, can they apply ERP system or not. How to use ERP system to make better decision-making. This paper first introduces the current situation and influencing factors of the application of ERP system in our country, and points out that the application time of ERP system in China is relatively late, but the development is rapid. The application of ERP system can not only improve the profitability of the company, but also produce some risks. The influencing factors from initial preparation to late acceptance, throughout, such as adequate research, adequate funds. Secondly, this paper briefly introduces the basic situation of company A and the preparation of the application of ERP system, such as preliminary investigation, project start-up, determination of business blueprint, collation and input of basic data. Third, this paper describes the specific process of the application of ERP system in company A, mainly from the sales management, procurement management in the analysis of ERP implementation objectives and processes. Production task management and other aspects of the analysis, combined with the attention to the issues and possible problems to be analyzed. Finally, this paper uses the basic idea of balanced scorecard theory. The paper selects four core aspects of balanced scorecard theory: finance, customer, internal business process, learning and growth. Combined with the situation of company A to determine the quantitative indicators, the company after the application of the ERP system specific analysis of the reasons for the changes. Based on the company's recent financial statements, company questionnaire, bill of materials and other information. After the application of ERP system in company A, the index system is improved to some extent and obviously improved.
