【摘要】:企業(yè)主流的價(jià)值觀體現(xiàn)了一家企業(yè)的文化。企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中,好的企業(yè)文化能夠與企業(yè)經(jīng)營與管理的相關(guān)情況協(xié)調(diào)、被充,兩者相輔相成,推動(dòng)企業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展。企業(yè)文化將直接影響企業(yè)未來健康、完善的可持續(xù)經(jīng)營與發(fā)展。強(qiáng)化建設(shè)企業(yè)文化時(shí),需要立足于企業(yè)實(shí)際經(jīng)營與管理的情況,,以建設(shè)企業(yè)文化的目的與意義為目標(biāo)科學(xué)地建設(shè)企業(yè)文化。對(duì)企業(yè)而言,企業(yè)文化是無形的資產(chǎn),可以增加企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,能在根本上有助于企業(yè)的生存,推動(dòng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展。改革開放實(shí)行的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)變幻莫測(cè),企業(yè)必須以市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的大環(huán)境為基礎(chǔ),建設(shè)良好的企業(yè)文化,使自己可以健康的向前發(fā)展。因此,研究企業(yè)文化需要得到重視。在新時(shí)代中,建設(shè)企業(yè)文化必須以增加企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力為目標(biāo),使企業(yè)可以在工業(yè)化的市場(chǎng)革命中獲得可持續(xù)的發(fā)展。研究企業(yè)文化的內(nèi)容、企業(yè)文化的特點(diǎn)后,使我們了解的企業(yè)文化更加深刻,對(duì)研究企業(yè)文化、應(yīng)用企業(yè)文化提供了有利基礎(chǔ)。企業(yè)文化不僅有利用提高企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力,同時(shí)可以使企業(yè)更好的實(shí)行企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并能科學(xué)的運(yùn)用于人力資源的管理中,因此,企業(yè)文化對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展有著非常重要的意義。 本文以香港中華煤氣有限公司為主要研究對(duì)象,深入研究分析以客為尊這一企業(yè)文化理念。香港中華煤氣有限公司是香港歷史最悠久的公用事業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu),亦是本港規(guī)模最大的能源供貨商之一,企業(yè)管理和營運(yùn)均達(dá)到世界級(jí)水平。公司秉承客戶為尊的服務(wù)理念,圍繞客戶需求不斷創(chuàng)新服務(wù)的理念,調(diào)整服務(wù)的內(nèi)容、拓展服務(wù)的廣度和深度,以優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效的服務(wù)吸引顧客。盡管研究企業(yè)文化的過程中取得了不少成果,但其研究需要進(jìn)一步的改進(jìn)與完善。本篇論文研究了燃?xì)夤酒髽I(yè)文化的發(fā)展走向、分析了如何建立不斷改進(jìn)、以客為尊、全員參與品質(zhì)改進(jìn)的企業(yè)文化體系,以及以客為尊這一主導(dǎo)理念在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中所起到的積極作用等,并提出一系列的策略、方案解決其它燃?xì)夤救绾谓⒁钥蜑樽鸱⻊?wù)體系的問題。
[Abstract]:The mainstream values of an enterprise reflect the culture of an enterprise. In the process of development, a good corporate culture can be coordinated with the relevant situation of enterprise management and management, and the two can complement each other. Promote the continuous development of enterprises. Corporate culture will directly affect the future health of enterprises, perfect sustainable management and development. To strengthen the construction of corporate culture, we need to be based on the actual management and management of enterprises. Scientific construction of corporate culture is aimed at the purpose and significance of building corporate culture. For enterprises, corporate culture is an intangible asset, which can increase the competitiveness of enterprises and contribute to the survival of enterprises fundamentally. Promote the development of enterprises. The reform and opening up of the market economy is unpredictable, enterprises must be based on the market economy environment, building a good corporate culture, so that they can develop healthily. In the new era, the construction of corporate culture must aim at increasing the market competitiveness of enterprises. So that enterprises can obtain sustainable development in the industrialization of the market revolution. After studying the content of corporate culture and the characteristics of corporate culture, we can understand the corporate culture more deeply, on the study of corporate culture. Application of corporate culture provides a favorable foundation. Corporate culture not only makes use of to improve the market competition strength of enterprises, but also enables enterprises to better implement the enterprise development strategy. And can be used in the management of human resources scientifically, therefore, corporate culture has a very important significance for the development of enterprises. In this paper, Hong Kong and China Gas Co., Ltd. as the main research object, in-depth study and analysis of the concept of customer as the enterprise culture, Hong Kong and China Gas Co., Ltd. is the longest history of public utilities in Hong Kong. It is also one of the largest energy suppliers in Hong Kong, with world-class management and operation. The company adheres to the customer-oriented service concept and constantly innovates the concept of service around the needs of customers. Adjust the content of the service, expand the breadth and depth of the service, and attract customers with high quality and efficient service, although many achievements have been made in the process of studying corporate culture. But its research needs further improvement and consummation. This paper studies the development trend of gas company enterprise culture, and analyzes how to establish the enterprise culture system of continuous improvement, customer first, all personnel participate in the quality improvement. The paper also puts forward a series of strategies to solve the problem of how other gas companies establish customer-oriented service system.
