J公司基層員工績(jī)效考核體系研究

【摘要】:績(jī)效考核是對(duì)工作結(jié)果和工作行為的確認(rèn)過程,能夠有效地提升企業(yè)人力資源的管理水平,對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、幫助員工發(fā)展成長(zhǎng)等發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。近年來(lái)受到企業(yè)管理人員和相關(guān)研究者的共同關(guān)注。 J公司隸屬于中石油遼河油田分公司,是一個(gè)集原油加工、油品生產(chǎn)、銷售服務(wù)等多功能于一體的綜合性企業(yè)。本次研究選取J公司為對(duì)象,通過對(duì)其公司基層員工績(jī)效考核工作開展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,找出J公司現(xiàn)行績(jī)效考核工作存在的不足之處,并結(jié)合360度績(jī)效考核法等相關(guān)理論構(gòu)建了適宜J公司的績(jī)效考核指標(biāo)體系。 論文基于績(jī)效考核的相關(guān)理論研究,對(duì)J公司基層員工的績(jī)效考核體系進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)狀分析、問題總結(jié),并進(jìn)行了J公司基層員工績(jī)效考核體系的再設(shè)計(jì)。通過考核主體選取、考核指標(biāo)及權(quán)重確定、考核周期與流程設(shè)計(jì)、考核結(jié)果的應(yīng)用、考核體系實(shí)施的保障措施等研究,為J公司探尋了適宜自身的績(jī)效考核體系,并從考核方案、考核制度、考核觀念等方面進(jìn)一步總結(jié)出J公司基層員工績(jī)效考核體系實(shí)施的保障措施。績(jī)效考核體系的建立是一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期性、復(fù)雜性、可變動(dòng)的系統(tǒng)工程,未來(lái),J公司的基層員工績(jī)效考核體系還需要在實(shí)踐中不斷地改進(jìn)、修正與完善。本次研究為J公司探尋了適宜自身的績(jī)效考核體系,并為相關(guān)企業(yè)完善績(jī)效考核體系提供借鑒依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The performance appraisal is the confirmation process of the work result and the work behavior, which can effectively enhance the management level of the enterprise's human resources, and can realize the strategic goal of the enterprise. It plays an important role in helping employees develop and grow. In recent years, it has attracted the common attention of enterprise managers and related researchers. J Company belongs to PetroChina Liaohe Oilfield Branch, is a comprehensive enterprise which integrates crude oil processing, oil production, sales and service, etc. This study selected J Company as the object. Through the analysis of the current situation of the performance appraisal of the grass-roots employees of the company, find out the shortcomings of the current performance appraisal work of J company. Combined with 360 degree performance appraisal method and other related theories, the performance appraisal index system suitable for J company is constructed. Based on the relevant theoretical research of performance appraisal, this paper analyzes the current situation and summarizes the problems of the performance appraisal system of grass-roots employees in J Company. Through the selection of the main body, the evaluation index and weight determination, the evaluation cycle and process design, the application of the assessment results. Evaluation system implementation of the security measures for J company to explore the appropriate performance appraisal system, and from the evaluation scheme, evaluation system. The evaluation concept and other aspects further summed up J company grass-roots employee performance appraisal system implementation of the safeguard measures. The establishment of performance appraisal system is a long-term, complex, changeable system engineering, the future. J company's grass-roots employee performance appraisal system also needs to be continuously improved, revised and perfected in practice. This study for J company to explore their own performance appraisal system. And for related enterprises to improve the performance appraisal system to provide reference basis.
