【摘要】：電能是現(xiàn)代社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的能源保證和動(dòng)力支持，為了滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展對(duì)電能的大力需求，各大發(fā)電集團(tuán)對(duì)發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)投入了極大的熱情，使得電力工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈。武安煤矸石電廠屬于大型火電工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目，任務(wù)繁重，工期緊張，為了保證項(xiàng)目順利完工，及早投產(chǎn)，需要對(duì)影響進(jìn)度的成本因素、組織因素、質(zhì)量因素、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素等眾多影響因素進(jìn)行控制。 現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理不僅僅是對(duì)工期進(jìn)行管理，更重要的是在有限的資源約束下，對(duì)集成本、績(jī)效與工期為一體的總體目標(biāo)進(jìn)行管理，達(dá)到項(xiàng)目管理的最佳效果。同時(shí)，項(xiàng)目管理不是一個(gè)機(jī)械的過(guò)程，在進(jìn)度計(jì)劃開(kāi)始執(zhí)行以后，需要及時(shí)收集并更新進(jìn)度情況信息，必要的時(shí)候?qū)τ?jì)劃進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)卣{(diào)整，使得預(yù)期計(jì)劃與實(shí)際情況有機(jī)地統(tǒng)一起來(lái)，，保證工程能夠順利地按期完成。 本文在現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了武安煤矸石電廠進(jìn)行進(jìn)度管理所采用的方法，探討了成本因素、組織因素、質(zhì)量因素以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素對(duì)武安電廠進(jìn)度管理的影響機(jī)理，并針對(duì)不同的因素提出了相應(yīng)的一般控制方法。應(yīng)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)武安電廠的進(jìn)度管理狀況進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)價(jià)，并就進(jìn)度管理方面的不足之處提出了進(jìn)度優(yōu)化的方法，在一定程度上對(duì)于火電建設(shè)項(xiàng)目甚至是其他領(lǐng)域的進(jìn)度管理具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Electric energy is the energy guarantee and power support for the development of modern society and economy. In order to meet the rapid development of economy, the major power generation groups have invested great enthusiasm in the construction of power generation projects. Wuan coal gangue power plant belongs to the large thermal power project construction project, the task is heavy, the construction period is tight, in order to ensure the smooth completion of the project, the project is put into production as soon as possible. Need to control the cost factors, organizational factors, quality factors, risk factors and so on. Modern project schedule management is not only to manage the duration of the project, but also to manage the overall goal of integration, performance and duration under the constraints of limited resources. To achieve the best results of project management. At the same time, project management is not a mechanical process, after the implementation of the progress plan, need to collect and update progress information. When necessary, the plan should be adjusted properly, so that the expected plan can be integrated with the actual situation, and the project can be completed on schedule. On the basis of modern project management theory, this paper analyzes the methods of schedule management in Wuan coal gangue power plant, and discusses the cost factors and organizational factors. The influence mechanism of quality factors and risk factors on schedule management of Wuan Power Plant. According to different factors, the corresponding general control method is put forward, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to evaluate the progress management situation of Wuan Power Plant. The paper also puts forward the method of schedule optimization in the aspect of schedule management, which can be used as a reference for the progress management of thermal power construction projects and even other fields to a certain extent.
