【摘要】：現(xiàn)今,我國中型私營建筑企業(yè)成長為我國建筑業(yè)的中流砥柱。業(yè)內(nèi)各個配套專業(yè)的分工已明確具體化,專業(yè)性強,配套性高。同時,建筑業(yè)中型私營企業(yè)在伴隨國有大型建筑企業(yè)的國際表現(xiàn),正以配套產(chǎn)業(yè)方式逐漸出現(xiàn)在國際市場上。然而,中型建筑企業(yè)的本身存在的經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略,逐漸在國際市場的大環(huán)境中暴露出問題。 本文將通過我國私營建筑企業(yè)在國際建筑行業(yè)市場中的情況研究,來分析我國企業(yè)在國際建筑行業(yè)的競爭狀況；進一步分析我國私營建筑企業(yè)在國際化的過程中存在的問題及其原因。雖然,我國現(xiàn)有的中型私營建筑企業(yè)的規(guī)模已經(jīng)在國際市場中具備一定的競爭實力。但在目前的國際市場環(huán)境下還是無法擺脫以廉價(勞動力、資源、價格等方面上)來競爭的狀態(tài)。并且,國內(nèi)的同行業(yè)者們無視或不了解國際市場的競爭規(guī)則,使得我國企業(yè)之間在國際市場上的局部競爭已經(jīng)戰(zhàn)火紛飛,將國際的市場競爭規(guī)則完全轉(zhuǎn)變成以價格戰(zhàn)來互相絞殺,以至于現(xiàn)階段的已經(jīng)開始國際化的中國建筑業(yè)私營企業(yè)達到了發(fā)展的瓶頸狀態(tài)。企業(yè)之間的惡性競爭使得在企業(yè)的經(jīng)營重負(fù)不堪。 本文對我國的私營建筑企業(yè)在國際化經(jīng)營中面對的各種問題提出對策。應(yīng)盡快擺脫掉這種惡性競爭的方式與方法。在國際化的競爭中,應(yīng)拿出技術(shù)與資源、產(chǎn)業(yè)工業(yè)化的優(yōu)勢來提升企業(yè)的國際競爭力。擺脫市場比重大、國際營業(yè)額較低的尷尬局面�；貧w國際市場的主流價格體系中,改變國際競爭中中國建筑企業(yè)的發(fā)展態(tài)勢。
[Abstract]:Today, China's mainstay medium-sized private building enterprise growth for China's construction industry. The industry of each supporting professional division has been clear and specific, professional and strong, supporting high. At the same time, the construction industry in medium-sized private enterprises with the performance of large state-owned construction enterprises, with supporting industries gradually appear in the international market however, the existing medium-sized building enterprise management strategy, the problems exposed gradually in the international market environment.
This will be through private construction enterprises in China in the international market in the construction industry research, analysis of China's enterprises in the international competition in the construction industry; further analysis of existing in the process of internationalization of Chinese private enterprise construction problems and its reasons. Although China's existing medium-sized private construction enterprises have a certain scale the competitive strength in the international market. But in the current international market environment is still unable to get rid of (with cheap labor, resources, price and so on) to the state competition. And, with the domestic industry researchers ignore or do not understand the international market rules of competition, between the enterprises of our country local competition in the international market on the international market has been in the flames of war, the rules of competition completely into the price war to each other so that at this stage of strangulation, has started the internationalization of construction industry Chinese Private enterprises have reached the bottleneck of development. The vicious competition among enterprises makes the business in a heavy burden.
All the private construction enterprises of our country face in the internationalization management countermeasures. And the method should be put off this kind of vicious competition as soon as possible. In international competition, should come up with technology and resources, industrial advantages to enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises. Get rid of the market turnover is lower than the major international the embarrassing situation. Return to the international mainstream market price system, change the development trend of Chinese construction enterprises in the international competition.
