【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展，工業(yè)園區(qū)對一個范圍內(nèi)的城區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起著支配和導(dǎo)向作用，這些工業(yè)園區(qū)也迅速的發(fā)展了起來，但是，化工等產(chǎn)業(yè)的高能耗、高污染的現(xiàn)狀，導(dǎo)致工業(yè)園區(qū)現(xiàn)有經(jīng)濟、社會發(fā)展狀況與資源、生態(tài)環(huán)境之間存在著鋒利的矛盾，進而引發(fā)了一系列資源浪費、地區(qū)環(huán)境惡化等問題，這些問題直接影響著該區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。如何解決現(xiàn)實面臨的問題，，推進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟、社會、資源和環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，進而實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展是我國化工區(qū)如今面臨的一項重大任務(wù)。建立可持續(xù)發(fā)展的生態(tài)工業(yè)園區(qū)已成為工業(yè)改革發(fā)展的必然趨勢，是現(xiàn)今工業(yè)園區(qū)為適應(yīng)資源節(jié)約化、工業(yè)大型化、最優(yōu)化、效益最大化而發(fā)展出來的產(chǎn)物。本文以鄒平工業(yè)園為分析對象，并針對其可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論進行分析與優(yōu)化，對鄒平工業(yè)園的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的做出正確的評價，提出合理可行的對策建議促使實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展，這對我國其他化工區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展也具有借鑒作用。希望為今后工業(yè)園區(qū)以及當?shù)禺a(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)于實踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, industrial parks play a dominant and guiding role in the economic development of a range of urban areas. These industrial parks have also developed rapidly. However, the chemical industry and other industries have high energy consumption. The current situation of high pollution leads to sharp contradictions between the existing economy, social development, resources and ecological environment of the industrial park, which leads to a series of problems such as waste of resources, deterioration of regional environment, and so on. These problems directly affect the development of the regional economy. How to solve the problems facing the reality and promote the coordinated development of regional economy, society, resources and environment. Therefore, the realization of sustainable development is a major task facing the chemical industry district in China. The establishment of eco-industrial park with sustainable development has become an inevitable trend of industrial reform and development. The industrial park is the product of the development of the industrial park in order to adapt to the conservation of resources, industrial large-scale, optimization, maximum benefit. This paper takes Zouping Industrial Park as the analysis object. And according to its sustainable development theory analysis and optimization, Zouping Industrial Park to make a correct evaluation of sustainable development, put forward reasonable and feasible countermeasures to promote the realization of sustainable development. It can also be used for reference for the sustainable development of other chemical industrial areas in China. It is hoped that the theoretical basis for the sustainable development of industrial parks and local industries in the future can be provided with practical guidance.
