【摘要】：半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)處于信息產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上游，，是通信、計算機及網(wǎng)絡(luò)、數(shù)字音視頻等系統(tǒng)和終端產(chǎn)品發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)，對信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。 半導(dǎo)體生產(chǎn)線是非常復(fù)雜的制造系統(tǒng)，由于其產(chǎn)品種類眾多、工藝復(fù)雜、生產(chǎn)周期長、設(shè)備數(shù)量多且人機配合難度高等特點，決定了對其進行生產(chǎn)管理是非常困難的。而且半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)是高投資、高收益、高風(fēng)險且競爭激烈的行業(yè)，因此更加加劇了對半導(dǎo)體企業(yè)進行合理的生產(chǎn)管控的迫切需求。 本文以Z公司為研究對象，探討Z公司導(dǎo)入豐田生產(chǎn)方式作為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理模式的過程中采用的措施、推進手段、取得的成效和待解決的問題等，并且輔以MES系統(tǒng)作為信息化工具進一步推動和完善豐田生產(chǎn)方式在企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用。 本文介紹了豐田生產(chǎn)方式的起源、定義以及本質(zhì)，并且通過Z公司的導(dǎo)入實踐介紹了包括5S在內(nèi)的TPS諸多技法以及導(dǎo)入的步驟，最后通過導(dǎo)入后的項目成果來體現(xiàn)導(dǎo)入TPS的成效以及存在的問題等，總結(jié)出在此過程中的經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:The semiconductor industry is located upstream of the information industry chain and is the basis of the development of communication, computer, network, digital audio and video systems and terminal products, which plays a vital role in the development of the information industry. Semiconductor production line is a very complex manufacturing system, because of its many kinds of products, complex technology, long production cycle, a large number of equipment and high difficulty in man-machine coordination and so on. And the semiconductor industry is a high-investment, high-income, high-risk and competitive industry. Therefore, it intensifies the urgent need for reasonable production control of semiconductor enterprises. This article takes Z Company as the research object, discusses the measures adopted in the process of introducing the Toyota production mode as the enterprise production management mode, the promotion means, the results achieved and the problems to be solved in Z Company. Furthermore, MES system is used as information tool to further promote and perfect the application of Toyota production mode in enterprises. This paper introduces the origin, definition and essence of Toyota production mode, and introduces many TPS techniques including 5S and the steps of import through the introduction practice of Z Company. Finally, through the project results after the introduction to reflect the effectiveness of the introduction of TPS and existing problems, summed up the experience and lessons in the process.
