【摘要】：隨著時(shí)代的不斷發(fā)展，市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已不再單純是企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，而是發(fā)展到了整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。在企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈中，采購環(huán)節(jié)承擔(dān)著與上游企業(yè)建立有效的合作關(guān)系的任務(wù)，這關(guān)系到企業(yè)在整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈中的利益與地位。采購與采購管理的成功與否直接決定了企業(yè)物資成本的高低以及采購供應(yīng)過程的及時(shí)性與準(zhǔn)確性，因此企業(yè)必須從供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作的戰(zhàn)略角度予以關(guān)注和管理采購。 在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化環(huán)境下，企業(yè)的采購已經(jīng)演變?yōu)楣⿷?yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的采購，從追求采購管理功能的優(yōu)化，轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)で笃髽I(yè)內(nèi)部資源與外部資源的有效集成和利用，對(duì)采購管理過程中的體制、流程、信息、物流、庫存，供應(yīng)商關(guān)系等各種資源進(jìn)行有效整合，通過資源共享與集成管理，采購部門與供應(yīng)商的協(xié)調(diào)和體制創(chuàng)新，流程重組以降低采購成本，提高采購質(zhì)量。 S公司是一家世界著名的電梯制造企業(yè)，積極參與世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化過程，通過導(dǎo)入供應(yīng)鏈管理及供應(yīng)鏈一體化的管理理念，重新調(diào)整了采購管理的組織、職能、流程和方法，通過供應(yīng)鏈管理，擴(kuò)展了企業(yè)可用資源，，實(shí)現(xiàn)了供應(yīng)鏈的當(dāng)?shù)鼗�，縮短了供應(yīng)鏈響應(yīng)時(shí)間，適應(yīng)了高速變化的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境，大大提升了運(yùn)作效率，贏得了發(fā)展速度和效益的大幅提升。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, the market competition is not only the competition among enterprises, but also the competition among the whole supply chain. The procurement link undertakes the task of establishing an effective cooperative relationship with the upstream enterprises. This relates to the benefit and position of the enterprise in the whole supply chain. The success of procurement and procurement management directly determines the level of material cost and the timeliness and accuracy of procurement and supply process. Therefore, enterprises must pay attention to and manage procurement from the strategic point of view of supply chain operation. In the economic globalization environment, the enterprise procurement has evolved into the procurement under the supply chain environment, from the pursuit of procurement management function optimization, to seek the effective integration and utilization of internal and external resources. In the process of procurement management system, process, information, logistics, inventory, supplier relations and other resources are effectively integrated, through resource sharing and integration management, procurement department and supplier coordination and institutional innovation. Process reengineering to reduce purchasing costs and improve purchasing quality. S is a world-famous elevator manufacturing enterprise, actively participate in the globalization of the world economy, through the introduction of supply chain management and supply chain integration management concept, re-adjust the procurement management organization. Functions, processes and methods, through supply chain management, expand the available resources of enterprises, achieve the localization of the supply chain, shorten the supply chain response time, adapt to the rapidly changing market environment. Greatly improves the operation efficiency, has won the development speed and the benefit big enhancement.
