【摘要】：廢舊物品再制造不僅可以優(yōu)化資源配置，節(jié)約能源，降低成本，也可促進(jìn)社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)“環(huán)境與經(jīng)濟(jì)”的綜合效益。再制造行業(yè)中政府如何判斷是否對(duì)初期進(jìn)入再制造市場(chǎng)的企業(yè)采取激勵(lì)規(guī)制措施，，制造商如何在政府不同的激勵(lì)規(guī)制措施和消費(fèi)者對(duì)新產(chǎn)品和再制造產(chǎn)品支付意愿存在差異情況下決策再制造模式顯得尤其重要。 首先在分析國(guó)內(nèi)外再制造行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀以及我國(guó)政府激勵(lì)規(guī)制現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的研究成果，從經(jīng)濟(jì)責(zé)任、法律責(zé)任、道德責(zé)任、環(huán)境責(zé)任、慈善責(zé)任五個(gè)角度出發(fā)構(gòu)建企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任評(píng)價(jià)CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility)指標(biāo)體系供政府判斷是否對(duì)制造商采取激勵(lì)規(guī)制措施。 其次，將再制造行業(yè)的發(fā)展分為萌芽期、成長(zhǎng)期和成熟期三個(gè)階段，政府分別對(duì)各發(fā)展階段進(jìn)行補(bǔ)貼、補(bǔ)貼或征收費(fèi)用和征收費(fèi)用。接著考慮政府不同激勵(lì)規(guī)制措施及消費(fèi)者對(duì)新產(chǎn)品和再制造產(chǎn)品存在WTP(Willing to Pay)差異的情況，構(gòu)建再制造模式動(dòng)態(tài)博弈模型。在制造商領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的單一供應(yīng)商單一零售商閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈中按照政府激勵(lì)規(guī)制的對(duì)象不同分別建立12個(gè)博弈模型，并運(yùn)用逆向歸納法求解和分析得出制造商在再制造行業(yè)各發(fā)展階段的最優(yōu)決策。 最后，通過(guò)算例來(lái)支撐本文的研究成果。結(jié)果表明企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任評(píng)價(jià)體系可以應(yīng)用到具體案例中，可供政府參考使用；同時(shí)也佐證了再制造行業(yè)各階段政府不同激勵(lì)規(guī)制措施及WTP差異下再制造博弈分析結(jié)果的正確性。
[Abstract]:The remanufacture of waste goods can not only optimize the allocation of resources, save energy, reduce costs, but also promote the sustainable development of society. To realize the comprehensive benefit of "environment and economy". How to judge whether the government should take the incentive regulation measures to the enterprises that enter the remanufacturing market in the initial stage in the remanufacturing industry. It is particularly important for manufacturers to make decisions on remanufacturing models under the circumstances of different government incentives and regulations and consumers' willingness to pay for new products and remanufactured products. First of all, on the basis of analyzing the domestic and foreign remanufacturing industry and the current situation of our government incentive regulation, combined with the existing research results, from economic responsibility, legal responsibility, moral responsibility, environmental responsibility. Constructing CSR(Corporate Social response from five aspects of Charitable responsibility). The index system is for the government to judge whether to take the incentive regulation measures to the manufacturer. Secondly, the development of the remanufacturing industry is divided into three stages: the budding stage, the growing stage and the mature stage, and the government subsidizes each stage of development respectively. Subsidy or levy fee and levy fee. Then consider the different government incentives and regulations and consumer WTP(Willing to pay for new products and remanufactured products. In the closed-loop supply chain of single supplier and single retailer led by manufacturer, 12 game models are established according to the different objects of government incentive regulation. The reverse induction method is used to solve and analyze the optimal decision of the manufacturer in each stage of the development of the remanufacturing industry. Finally, through the example to support the research results, the results show that the corporate social responsibility evaluation system can be applied to specific cases, can be used for reference by the government; At the same time, it also proves the correctness of the remanufacturing game analysis under the different government incentive and regulation measures and the WTP difference in each stage of the remanufacturing industry.
