【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)日新月異的發(fā)展,各行各業(yè)深刻體會到,創(chuàng)新和技術(shù)革新對企業(yè)長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的意義。擁有先進(jìn)的技術(shù)和創(chuàng)新人才是很多企業(yè)保持競爭力的秘訣所在,尤其是對裝備制造企業(yè)來說。制約裝備制造企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素是企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和高技術(shù)人才的儲備能力。尤其是企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才的發(fā)展、管理、孵化問題。因而,許多裝備制造企業(yè)將創(chuàng)新人才的孵化置于其戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的高度。許多裝備制造企業(yè)面臨著激烈的技術(shù)和市場的競爭,追根溯源是人才戰(zhàn)略儲備的競爭。所以,越來越多的裝備制造企業(yè)重視企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才的儲備和孵化,將人才戰(zhàn)略作為今后發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)。如何建立合理完善的創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng)孵化機(jī)制,并運(yùn)用科學(xué)的方法對其孵化能力的進(jìn)行評價,是推動裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容。 本文主要在裝備制造企業(yè)以及創(chuàng)新人才孵化等理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對裝備制造企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才內(nèi)涵以及創(chuàng)新人才孵化流程進(jìn)行闡述,提出和分析裝備制造企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才孵化能力的影響因素,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出裝備制造企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才孵化能力評價指標(biāo)體系。同時,運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程理論方法,對NYEJ裝備制造企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新人才孵化能力評價的實(shí)證分析。本文共分為六章,具體內(nèi)容如下: 第1章導(dǎo)論,論述本文研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況和理論意義,對裝備制造企業(yè)、創(chuàng)新人才、孵化能力以及評價方法等的的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,提出本文的研究的相關(guān)內(nèi)容、方法和技術(shù)路線圖。第2章是裝備制造企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才以及相關(guān)理論的研究。重點(diǎn)對裝備制造企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才的內(nèi)涵和特征以及其孵化的流程進(jìn)行闡述。第3章提出并分析裝備制造企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才孵化能力的影響因素,并且建立評價指標(biāo)和選擇評價方法。在評價原則的指導(dǎo)下,從創(chuàng)新人才孵化投入、孵化轉(zhuǎn)化和孵化輸出三個方向構(gòu)建評價指標(biāo),同時選擇結(jié)構(gòu)方程作為評價方法。第4章實(shí)證研究。通過問卷分析,對NYEJ裝備制造企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新人才孵化能力的指標(biāo)路徑進(jìn)行研究。第5章對裝備制造企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才孵化能力的提高提出幾點(diǎn)建議。第六章總結(jié)。對全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, all walks of life have a profound understanding of the significance of innovation and technological innovation to the long-term development of enterprises. Having advanced technology and innovative personnel is the secret of many enterprises to maintain competitiveness. Especially for equipment manufacturing enterprises, the key factors restricting the development of equipment manufacturing enterprises are the technological innovation ability of enterprises and the reserve ability of high-tech talents, especially the development and management of innovative talents in enterprises. Therefore, many equipment manufacturing enterprises put the incubation of innovative talents at the height of their strategic development. Many equipment manufacturing enterprises are faced with fierce technology and market competition. Tracing back to the source is the competition of talent strategic reserve. Therefore, more and more equipment manufacturing enterprises attach importance to the storage and incubation of innovative talents. How to establish a reasonable and perfect training and incubation mechanism of innovative talents and evaluate their incubation ability by scientific methods. It is the important content of promoting the development of equipment manufacturing industry. Based on the theoretical research of equipment manufacturing enterprises and innovative talents incubation, this paper expounds the connotation of innovative talents and the incubation process of innovative talents in equipment manufacturing enterprises. This paper puts forward and analyzes the influencing factors of the incubating ability of innovative talents in the equipment manufacturing enterprises, and puts forward the evaluation index system of the incubating ability of the innovative talents in the equipment manufacturing enterprises. At the same time, the method of structural equation theory is used. This paper is divided into six chapters, the content of which is as follows: The first chapter is the introduction, which discusses the actual situation and theoretical significance of this study, and studies the domestic and foreign research status of equipment manufacturing enterprises, innovative talents, incubating ability and evaluation methods. The related contents of this paper are put forward. Method and technology roadmap. Chapter 2 is the research on innovative talents and related theories in equipment manufacturing enterprises. The connotation and characteristics of innovative talents in equipment manufacturing enterprises and the process of their incubation are expounded. Chapter 3 puts forward. And analyzes the equipment manufacturing enterprise innovation talent incubation ability influencing factors. Under the guidance of the evaluation principle, the evaluation index is constructed from the three directions of innovation talent hatching input, hatching transformation and hatching output. At the same time, the structural equation is selected as the evaluation method. Chapter 4 empirical study. Through the questionnaire analysis. This paper studies the index path of the incubating ability of innovative talents in NYEJ equipment manufacturing enterprises. Chapter 5 puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the incubating ability of innovative talents in equipment manufacturing enterprises. Chapter 6th summarizes the full text. Summary and prospects.
