【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,在房地產(chǎn)和城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等一系列持續(xù)固定資產(chǎn)投資建設(shè)形成的龐大市場(chǎng)需求下,建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)面臨機(jī)遇的同時(shí)也有挑戰(zhàn),一方面要面臨國(guó)內(nèi)其他建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),另一方面又要面臨國(guó)外知名建筑設(shè)計(jì)公司在技術(shù)和管理等方面優(yōu)勢(shì)的擠壓,國(guó)內(nèi)建筑設(shè)計(jì)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)強(qiáng)度的日益加大,建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)未來(lái)發(fā)展空間受到了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。如何在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手如林的市場(chǎng)中保持和加強(qiáng)自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是每個(gè)建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的首要問(wèn)題。 本文主要是基于價(jià)值鏈的視角來(lái)研究建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。論文首先對(duì)價(jià)值鏈和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行了理論綜述,闡述了價(jià)值鏈與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)等相關(guān)理論淵源。通過(guò)企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈理論,并結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的基本業(yè)務(wù)流程,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的價(jià)值鏈及其內(nèi)外部聯(lián)系進(jìn)行分析。接著,依據(jù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)中的差異化優(yōu)勢(shì)和成本優(yōu)勢(shì),先從價(jià)值鏈分析的角度,利用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法尋找企業(yè)具有市場(chǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì)地位的設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域,對(duì)建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的差異化途徑進(jìn)行識(shí)別,探討建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中哪一方面可以成為價(jià)值增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),可以實(shí)施差別化以及如何獲取差別化優(yōu)勢(shì),并對(duì)企業(yè)提升差別化優(yōu)勢(shì)的方法和路徑進(jìn)行了分析。然后,在建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)差異化形成的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的成本構(gòu)成的分析,從價(jià)值鏈的整合和優(yōu)化的角度探討建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)如何通過(guò)優(yōu)化企業(yè)的資源配置和設(shè)計(jì)流程來(lái)獲得成本優(yōu)勢(shì),并對(duì)提升企業(yè)成本優(yōu)勢(shì)的對(duì)策和路徑進(jìn)行分析。 本文主要結(jié)合價(jià)值鏈理論和企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論,從價(jià)值鏈的角度對(duì)如何提高設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行探討和分析,努力為提升我國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提出合理的發(fā)展建議。本文對(duì)建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)如何提升自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的分析與研究,,其成果可能對(duì)建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和企業(yè)保持可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy, under the huge market demand formed by a series of sustained fixed assets investment, such as real estate and urban infrastructure, architectural design enterprises are faced with both opportunities and challenges. On the one hand, we have to face the competition of other architectural design enterprises in China, on the other hand, we have to face the squeeze of foreign famous architectural design companies in technology and management. The competition intensity of domestic architectural design market is increasing day by day. The future development space of architectural design enterprises is facing a severe challenge. How to maintain and strengthen their competitiveness in the market of competitors is the primary problem for every architectural design enterprise. This paper is mainly based on the perspective of the value chain to study the competitive advantage of architectural design enterprises. Firstly, this paper summarizes the theory of value chain and competitive advantage. Through the theory of enterprise value chain and the basic business process of design enterprise, this paper analyzes the value chain of design enterprise and its internal and external relations. According to the difference advantage and the cost advantage in the competitive advantage, this paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to find the design field which the enterprise has the market advantage position from the value chain analysis angle. This paper identifies the different ways of architectural design enterprises, discusses which aspects of architectural design enterprises can become value growth points in the process of production and management, and how to implement differentiation and how to obtain the advantages of differentiation. Then, on the basis of the formation of the architectural design enterprise differentiation, through the analysis of the cost composition of the architectural design enterprise. From the point of view of value chain integration and optimization, this paper discusses how architectural design enterprises obtain cost advantages by optimizing their resource allocation and design process, and analyzes the countermeasures and paths to enhance their cost advantages. Based on the theory of value chain and the theory of competitive advantage of enterprises, this paper discusses and analyzes how to improve the competitive advantage of design enterprises from the angle of value chain. This paper makes a systematic analysis and research on how to improve the competitive advantage of architectural design enterprises. The results may be of guiding significance for architectural design enterprises to enhance their competitive advantage and to maintain sustainable development.
