【摘要】：控制庫(kù)存的根本目的是減少資源浪費(fèi)，合理利用有限資源，降低物流的總成本，讓企業(yè)獲得更多的利潤(rùn)。目前我國(guó)從事危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品銷售的企業(yè)普遍面臨著庫(kù)存量高、庫(kù)存信息不準(zhǔn)確、庫(kù)存周轉(zhuǎn)率低以及流動(dòng)資金占有量大等諸多問(wèn)題。然而，通過(guò)分析國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)可以發(fā)現(xiàn)，對(duì)于�；菲髽I(yè)庫(kù)存管理的研究無(wú)論是從深度還是廣度上來(lái)說(shuō)，都遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于一般產(chǎn)品庫(kù)存管理的研究。鑒于此，研究控制危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品零售企業(yè)的庫(kù)存控制相關(guān)理論與方法對(duì)企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)起著非常重要的作用。 本文以�；妨闶燮髽I(yè)為研究對(duì)象，研究庫(kù)存控制問(wèn)題。對(duì)近年來(lái)傳統(tǒng)庫(kù)存控制理論的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究，歸納總結(jié)有關(guān)需求下的庫(kù)存、隨機(jī)庫(kù)存、服務(wù)水平約束下的庫(kù)存等內(nèi)容。分析介紹�；妨闶燮髽I(yè)的庫(kù)存要求、庫(kù)存管理與安全。首先，考慮到大多數(shù)文獻(xiàn)沒(méi)有考慮危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品的特殊性，為了更好地結(jié)合理論與實(shí)際，將市場(chǎng)分割成高需求和低需求兩類，以庫(kù)存成本最小化為目標(biāo)確定最優(yōu)訂購(gòu)量，加入“過(guò)期處理費(fèi)用”和“庫(kù)存的危險(xiǎn)成本”兩個(gè)要素建立具有�；诽匦缘膸�(kù)存模型。結(jié)合具體算例證明完善后的模型的有效性。其次，由于現(xiàn)實(shí)中零售企業(yè)在面向大客戶時(shí)可能會(huì)制定優(yōu)先消費(fèi)的策略來(lái)保護(hù)他們的利益，針對(duì)上述情況，建立了在兩類需求不同服務(wù)水平狀態(tài)下，以及隨機(jī)的補(bǔ)貨前置期的(s, S)庫(kù)存系統(tǒng)模型，以此探討最優(yōu)庫(kù)存的控制方法，并通過(guò)參數(shù)的敏感性分析來(lái)解釋現(xiàn)實(shí)管理中的一些實(shí)際現(xiàn)象。最后，，本文對(duì)所做的工作進(jìn)行總結(jié)，指出一些仍存在的問(wèn)題，并展望未來(lái)可深入研究的方向。
[Abstract]:The fundamental purpose of inventory control is to reduce the waste of resources, reasonable use of limited resources, and reduce the total cost of logistics. At present, the enterprises engaged in the sale of dangerous chemicals in our country generally face a lot of problems, such as high inventory, inaccurate inventory information, low inventory turnover and large amount of liquid capital. Through the analysis of domestic and foreign related literature, we can find that the research on inventory management of dangerous chemicals enterprises is far behind the research of general product inventory management in terms of depth and breadth. In view of this. It is very important to study the theories and methods of inventory control in the retail enterprises of dangerous chemicals. In this paper, we take dangerous chemicals retail enterprises as the research object, study the inventory control problem, study the related literature of traditional inventory control theory in recent years, summarize the inventory under the relevant demand, random inventory. Analysis of inventory requirements, inventory management and safety of hazardous chemicals retail enterprises. First of all, considering that most of the literature did not consider the particularity of hazardous chemicals. In order to better integrate theory and practice, the market is divided into two categories: high demand and low demand, and the optimal order quantity is determined by minimizing inventory cost. Add "out-of-date treatment cost" and "dangerous cost of inventory" to establish inventory model with dangerous chemicals characteristics. Combined with specific examples to prove the effectiveness of the improved model. Secondly. Because retail enterprises may make preferential consumption strategies to protect their interests when facing large customers in reality, in view of the above situation, the two types of demand under different service levels are established. And the stochastic inventory system model of pre-replenishment period, so as to discuss the optimal inventory control method, and through the sensitivity analysis of parameters to explain some practical phenomena in the real management. Finally. This paper summarizes the work done, points out some problems that still exist, and looks forward to the direction of further study in the future.
