【摘要】：地質(zhì)工作是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展重要的先行性、基礎(chǔ)性工作,服務(wù)于經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的各個(gè)方面,在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)中發(fā)揮了重要作用。地質(zhì)資料是地質(zhì)工作成果的集中體現(xiàn),不僅對當(dāng)前礦業(yè)開發(fā)乃至經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展起著重要的指導(dǎo)作用,同時(shí)對今后地質(zhì)勘查和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展意義更為重大。國家高度重視地質(zhì)資料庫建設(shè)。吉林省廣大地質(zhì)工作者經(jīng)過幾十年的艱苦努力,取得了豐富的地質(zhì)工作成果,形成了大量的地質(zhì)資料。 地質(zhì)資料庫的建設(shè)不但具有積極的社會意義,而且從長遠(yuǎn)角度來看還呢能夠長期持續(xù)的為區(qū)域的發(fā)展提供指導(dǎo)性的建設(shè)意義。所以在建設(shè)施工過程中對于項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃建設(shè)、施工都要求具有較高的要求。無論是從項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃方案設(shè)計(jì)還是從項(xiàng)目后期的建設(shè)施工過程中都要求具有較高的要求及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。地質(zhì)資料庫建設(shè)項(xiàng)目具有社會經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的間接性和社會影響突出的特點(diǎn)。對于鮮為人知的地質(zhì)工作,要進(jìn)行資料庫的建設(shè),需要得到群眾的理解和政府的支持建設(shè)吉林省地質(zhì)資料庫、地質(zhì)災(zāi)害應(yīng)急指揮中心和土地礦業(yè)權(quán)有形市場,是國家部署安排的重要任務(wù),對于存貯保護(hù)、開發(fā)利用地質(zhì)資料,指導(dǎo)全省地質(zhì)找礦工作,減少重復(fù)投入,促進(jìn)資源綜合利用和推進(jìn)礦業(yè)權(quán)市場建’設(shè),規(guī)范礦業(yè)權(quán)市場秩序,提高礦業(yè)權(quán)管理水平,服務(wù)全省經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展具有十分重大的意義。綜合分析,項(xiàng)目建設(shè)是必要的。 本篇論文以吉林省地質(zhì)資料庫項(xiàng)目建設(shè)為依據(jù),通過對建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃方案、建設(shè)施工等方面進(jìn)行著手研究,通過對項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃方案、建設(shè)方案等多方面綜合評判,對于項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行可行性研究。
[Abstract]:Geological work is an important advance in economic and social development, basic work, serving all aspects of economic and social, in the national economic construction has played an important role. Both the planning and design of the project and the construction process of the later stage of the project require higher requirements and standards. The geological database construction project has the social economy. The indirectness of benefit and the prominent characteristics of social influence. For the little-known geological work. In order to build the database, we need the understanding of the masses and the support of the government to build the geological database of Jilin Province, the geological disaster emergency command center and the tangible market of the land and mining rights, which are the important tasks of the state's arrangement and arrangement. For storage protection, development and utilization of geological data, guide geological prospecting work, reduce repeated investment, promote the comprehensive utilization of resources and promote the establishment of mining rights market, and standardize the order of mining rights market. It is of great significance to improve the management level of mining rights and serve the economic and social development of the province. This paper is based on the geological database project of Jilin Province, through the planning of the construction project, construction and other aspects of the study, through the project planning plan.
