【摘要】：在電網(wǎng)企業(yè)集團(tuán)發(fā)展早期,其主要的經(jīng)營業(yè)務(wù)是存款和貸款兩種傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)。同時,為了改善資金集中管理水平以及電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的資金有效利用,財務(wù)公司也會開展少數(shù)結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)。然而,隨著電網(wǎng)企業(yè)集團(tuán)資金管理水平的提高,財務(wù)公司的資金存量和信貸需求總量的下降將限制存貸款業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展。這是財務(wù)公司的發(fā)展瓶頸。另一方面,電網(wǎng)企業(yè)集團(tuán)的發(fā)展對電網(wǎng)財務(wù)公司提出更高的要求。由于電網(wǎng)財務(wù)公司所面臨的諸多問題,研究電網(wǎng)財務(wù)公司的發(fā)展規(guī)律,找到可持續(xù)發(fā)展的可靠方式顯得尤為重要。 在我國的電力行業(yè)中,伴隨著兩大電網(wǎng)公司和五大發(fā)電公司的成立,電力行業(yè)市場已被逐步重新劃分,這種新的管理體系對電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的管制能力逐漸減少將有助于電網(wǎng)企業(yè)財務(wù)公司的發(fā)展。對于電網(wǎng)企業(yè)財務(wù)公司而言,在資本市場和信貸市場的競爭將越來越嚴(yán)峻。電網(wǎng)企業(yè)財務(wù)公司應(yīng)更加關(guān)注業(yè)務(wù)多樣化、增加融資能力以及信貸風(fēng)險問題,以幫助財務(wù)公司擴(kuò)大更多市場。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)回顧和理論鋪墊相結(jié)合、規(guī)范分析與實證分析相結(jié)合等方法對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于管理的理論研究和實務(wù)進(jìn)展作了回顧和綜述,認(rèn)真梳理了資金管理理論,對電網(wǎng)企業(yè)財務(wù)公司的資金管理特征和內(nèi)涵做了總結(jié),對產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因作了深入分析,對中國電網(wǎng)企業(yè)財務(wù)公司資金管理存在的問題做了歸納和反省。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對電網(wǎng)企業(yè)財務(wù)公司特有的資金管理內(nèi)涵和表征,提出有針對性的資金管理對策研究,并希望以此作為實踐推動電網(wǎng)企業(yè)財務(wù)公司又好又快向前發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the early days of the development of power grid enterprise group, its main business is deposit and loan. At the same time, in order to improve the level of centralized management of funds and the effective use of the funds of power grid enterprises. Finance companies also carry out a few clearing operations. However, as the management level of grid enterprise groups improves. The decline of the stock of funds and the total amount of credit demand of financial companies will limit the development of deposit and loan business. This is the bottleneck of the development of financial companies. On the other hand. The development of power grid enterprise groups puts forward higher requirements for grid finance companies. Due to the many problems faced by grid finance companies, the development law of grid finance companies is studied. It is particularly important to find a reliable way of sustainable development. With the establishment of two power grid companies and five power generation companies in China, the power industry market has been gradually re-divided. This new management system will be helpful to the development of the grid enterprise finance company, and it will be helpful to the development of the grid enterprise finance company. The competition between capital market and credit market will be more and more severe. The finance company of grid enterprise should pay more attention to the diversification of business, increase the financing ability and credit risk, so as to help finance company expand more market. This paper reviews and summarizes the theoretical research and practice of management at home and abroad by means of literature review and theoretical paving, normative analysis and empirical analysis. Carefully combing the theory of capital management, the paper summarizes the characteristics and connotation of fund management of the financial companies of power grid enterprises, and makes a deep analysis of the causes of these problems. This paper sums up and reflects on the problems existing in the fund management of China Grid Enterprise Finance Company. On this basis, it aims at the special connotation and representation of fund management of China Grid Enterprise Finance Company. The paper puts forward the research on the countermeasures of fund management, and hopes to promote the development of financial companies in power grid enterprises as a practice.
