【摘要】:新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)是企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基石,是保障企業(yè)成功的驅(qū)動(dòng)器。隨著企業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大,迫切要求加快研發(fā)速度并提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,這就需要提高研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)工作績(jī)效。因此,對(duì)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)的績(jī)效管理展開(kāi)研究也就顯得尤為重要。 本文以DH公司為研究對(duì)象,在認(rèn)真梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效管理相關(guān)理論及實(shí)際調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合公司實(shí)際情況,對(duì)其研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)的績(jī)效管理體系進(jìn)行深入分析,指出該公司原有團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效管理存在的問(wèn)題并進(jìn)行原因分析。本文重點(diǎn)對(duì)DH公司研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效管理體系進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),建立了一套包括績(jī)效管理的規(guī)劃、績(jī)效實(shí)施與管理、績(jī)效考核以及績(jī)效反饋四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)在內(nèi)的績(jī)效管理體系,并對(duì)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)整體和研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員績(jī)效考核進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。為使DH公司研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效管理體系優(yōu)化方案順利實(shí)施,本文提出了可行性建議,即建設(shè)重績(jī)效、重考核的企業(yè)文化;有相應(yīng)的組織保障和制度保障;培養(yǎng)員工對(duì)績(jī)效管理的正確認(rèn)識(shí);建立其他激勵(lì)機(jī)制。本文為提高DH公司研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效管理提供了優(yōu)化方案及建設(shè)性的意見(jiàn),對(duì)于企業(yè)健康發(fā)展具有重要的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:New product research and development is the cornerstone of the sustainable development of enterprises, is the driver to ensure the success of enterprises. With the development of enterprises, it is urgent to speed up research and development and improve the quality of products. Therefore, it is very important to study the performance management of R & D team. This article takes DH Company as the research object, combs the domestic and foreign team performance management related theory and the actual investigation foundation, unifies the company actual situation. To its research and development team performance management system in-depth analysis. This paper focuses on the optimization design of DH R & D team performance management system, and establishes a set of planning including performance management. Performance implementation and management, performance appraisal and performance feedback four links in the performance management system. In order to make the R & D team performance management system of DH company to implement smoothly, this paper puts forward the feasibility suggestion, that is, construction pays more attention to the performance of the R & D team and the members of the R & D team. The enterprise culture with emphasis on examination; Have the corresponding organization safeguard and system safeguard; Train the staff to the correct understanding of performance management; This paper provides the optimized scheme and constructive advice for improving the performance management of R & D team of DH Company, which has important theoretical value and practical guiding significance for the healthy development of enterprises.
