【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程加快,電子消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)變得愈加激烈,電子制造企業(yè)面臨前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。一方面電子產(chǎn)品的生命周期大幅縮短,產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代頻繁,產(chǎn)品價(jià)格呈下降趨勢(shì),另一方面,客戶需求呈現(xiàn)多樣化、個(gè)性化,客戶對(duì)產(chǎn)品功能、質(zhì)量、性能以及服務(wù)的要求越來(lái)越高。特別是2008年國(guó)際金融危機(jī)后,,國(guó)內(nèi)外的電子消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)更是呈現(xiàn)一片低迷,消費(fèi)需求大幅萎縮,消費(fèi)者對(duì)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格更加敏感。電子制造企業(yè)傳統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)模式、生產(chǎn)方式以及技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)手段已無(wú)法適應(yīng)當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)的變化。為了搶得市場(chǎng)制高點(diǎn),世界各國(guó)的電子制造企業(yè)紛紛采用一系列先進(jìn)的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理模式來(lái)提高自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。集成產(chǎn)品開發(fā)(IPD)作為一種先進(jìn)的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理模式,成為世界一流企業(yè)普遍采用的一套系統(tǒng)工具和策略。 本文的研究對(duì)象為至申公司,論文的主要理論依據(jù)是集成產(chǎn)品開發(fā)理論,論文的目的是探討適合至申公司的研發(fā)管理模式以解決至申公司當(dāng)前的困境。本論文首先總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外研發(fā)管理的理論和現(xiàn)狀,闡述了產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和企業(yè)流程再造理論,闡釋了集成產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的核心思想和整體框架。接著對(duì)至申公司做了概括介紹,詳細(xì)描述至申公司產(chǎn)品研發(fā)現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)至申公司的產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)策略、公司組織結(jié)構(gòu)、市場(chǎng)管理、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程、質(zhì)量管理體系等方面加以分析,并進(jìn)行問(wèn)題診斷。然后,根據(jù)至申公司現(xiàn)有問(wèn)題的特征、成因,結(jié)合至申公司的特點(diǎn),提出了運(yùn)用集成產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的方法構(gòu)建至申公司的研發(fā)管理體系的解決方案,并對(duì)方案進(jìn)行了詳盡的設(shè)計(jì)和說(shuō)明。最后,本文提供了至申公司集成產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理方案的實(shí)施策略和實(shí)施步驟。論文所采用的研究方法包括觀察法,文獻(xiàn)研究法,實(shí)地調(diào)查法,個(gè)案研究法以及描述性研究法。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, with the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, electronic consumer market competition has become increasingly fierce, electronic manufacturing enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges. On the one hand, the life cycle of electronic products is greatly shortened. The product update frequently, the product price presents the downward trend, on the other hand, the customer demand presents the diversification, the personalization, the customer to the product function, the quality. Especially after the international financial crisis in 2008, the electronic consumer market at home and abroad is showing a downturn, consumer demand shrinks sharply. Consumers are more sensitive to the price of products. The traditional product development mode, production mode and technology means of electronic manufacturing enterprises can no longer adapt to the changes in the current market. Electronic manufacturing enterprises around the world have adopted a series of advanced product development management mode to improve their competitiveness. Integrated product development IPD) as an advanced product development management model. It has become a set of system tools and strategies widely used by world-class enterprises. The main theoretical basis of this paper is integrated product development theory. The purpose of this paper is to explore the appropriate R & D management model to solve the current plight of the company. Firstly, this paper summarizes the theory and current situation of R & D management at home and abroad. Elaborated the product development and the enterprise process reengineering theory, explained the integrated product development core idea and the overall frame. Then made the general introduction to the Zhishen company, described in detail the present situation of the product research and development of the company. Analyze the product market strategy, organization structure, market management, product development process, quality management system, and diagnose the problems. According to the characteristics and causes of the existing problems, combined with the characteristics of the company, this paper puts forward a solution to construct the R & D management system of the company by using the method of integrated product development. And detailed design and explanation of the scheme. Finally, this paper provides the implementation strategy and implementation steps of integrated product development and management scheme. The research methods used in this paper include observation method. Literature research, field investigation, case study and descriptive research.
