【摘要】:鋼鐵的實際生產(chǎn)中,生產(chǎn)管理成為企業(yè)充分利用資源的重要過程。結(jié)合鋼鐵企業(yè)實際生產(chǎn)過程的某個問題來反映影響企業(yè)效益的因素,本文選取由無委托原因造成的合同完成率下降、庫存上升等問題為實例,通過實例的有效性證明SAS數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)在鋼鐵生產(chǎn)管理的應(yīng)用價值。 1.面向鋼鐵某實際生產(chǎn)的實例形成問題,構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)挖掘模型。 在分析數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、挖掘工具以及數(shù)據(jù)挖掘各個模型的基礎(chǔ)上,建立起SAS關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則數(shù)據(jù)挖掘模型,為下文數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的進(jìn)行提供有效的挖掘工具平臺。 2.在企業(yè)真實數(shù)據(jù)的環(huán)境下,構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)化的挖掘平臺。 結(jié)合本人在某鋼鐵企業(yè)的實際工作,借鑒該鋼鐵企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立過程,在此基礎(chǔ)上利用SAS軟件對鋼鐵生產(chǎn)管理數(shù)據(jù)集市進(jìn)行了構(gòu)建,為后續(xù)的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘提供挖掘平臺。 3.在挖掘平臺上進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,尋找并發(fā)現(xiàn)了影響實例問題的關(guān)鍵因素。 在挖掘工具和挖掘平臺的基礎(chǔ)上,針對由于各無委托原因造成的合同完成率下降問題進(jìn)行分析作為本文數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的實例,,通過合理的參數(shù)配置,得出有效的各無委托原因之間的關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則。 4.通過可視化展示,找出改善實例的解決方法。 通過SAS提供的圖形可視化軟件,把挖掘結(jié)果展示給用戶,用戶通過分析挖掘的規(guī)則提出由于無委托原因造成的合同下降問題的解決方法,從而形成有效決策。通過對實例的結(jié)果分析,結(jié)合該鋼鐵實際生產(chǎn),與挖掘前后的真實數(shù)據(jù)作對比,證明了本文工作的價值性。
[Abstract]:In the actual production of iron and steel, production management has become an important process for enterprises to make full use of resources. In this paper, some problems such as the decline of contract completion rate and the increase of inventory caused by non-entrustment are selected as examples to prove the application value of SAS data mining technology in iron and steel production management. 1. A data mining model is constructed for a practical production of iron and steel. On the basis of analyzing the architecture of data mining, mining tools and each model of data mining, the data mining model of SAS association rules is established. Provide an effective mining tool platform for the following data mining. 2. Build a data mining platform in the environment of enterprise real data. Combined with my actual work in a certain iron and steel enterprise, the establishment process of the steel enterprise database is used for reference, and on this basis, the data Mart of iron and steel production management is constructed by using SAS software. Provides the mining platform for the subsequent data mining. 3. Data mining is carried out on the mining platform, and the key factors affecting the problem are found. On the basis of mining tools and mining platform, the reduction of contract completion rate caused by no delegation is analyzed as an example of data mining in this paper, through reasonable parameter configuration. The effective association rules between various undelegated reasons are obtained. 4. Through visual display, find out the solution to improve the example. Through the graphical visualization software provided by SAS, the mining result is displayed to the user. The user puts forward the solution to the problem of contract decline caused by no delegation by analyzing the rules of mining. Through the analysis of the result of the example, combining the actual production of the steel with the real data before and after mining, the value of this work is proved.
