【摘要】：優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化，對(duì)于提高公司的管理水平，弘揚(yáng)公司價(jià)值觀，增強(qiáng)公司的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，促進(jìn)公司科學(xué)、健康、快速、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展有著重要意義。本論文主要參考國內(nèi)外與企業(yè)文化相關(guān)的理論觀點(diǎn)，并結(jié)合國家電網(wǎng)公司企業(yè)文化“五統(tǒng)一”的要求與膠南市供電公司的實(shí)際情況，對(duì)膠南市供電公司的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地分析研究，通過對(duì)膠南市供電公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查、分析和研究，找出膠南市供電公司在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中存在的問題和缺點(diǎn)，并根據(jù)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)原則，以企業(yè)文化建設(shè)“三大工程”為抓手，有針對(duì)性地提出了在國家電網(wǎng)公司企業(yè)文化“五統(tǒng)一”下的具有膠南市供電公司自身特色的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)體系，明確了膠南市供電公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、實(shí)施方案及保障措施。為膠南市供電公司在新時(shí)期的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)提供了重要的理論依據(jù)和參考價(jià)值。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于：在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)過程中既保證了國家電網(wǎng)公司的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)“規(guī)定動(dòng)作不打折”，又針對(duì)膠南市供電公司具體實(shí)際對(duì)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)作了深化、細(xì)化、優(yōu)化，做到“自選動(dòng)作有特色”，既貫徹實(shí)施了國家電網(wǎng)公司企業(yè)文化的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和統(tǒng)一，，又發(fā)揮了縣級(jí)供電企業(yè)的文化特色和傳統(tǒng)，構(gòu)建了包括“安全文化、服務(wù)文化、廉潔文化、品牌文化、執(zhí)行文化、公益文化”在內(nèi)的膠南市供電公司企業(yè)文化新體系。
[Abstract]:Excellent corporate culture, to improve the management level of the company, carry forward the company's values, enhance the core competitiveness of the company, promote the company science, health, fast. Stable development is of great significance. This paper mainly refers to the domestic and foreign theories related to corporate culture, and combines the requirements of "five unity" of enterprise culture of State Grid Company and the actual situation of Jiaonan Power supply Company. The enterprise culture construction of Jiaonan power supply company is systematically analyzed and studied. Through the investigation of the present situation of the enterprise culture construction of Jiaonan power supply company, the paper analyzes and studies the enterprise culture construction of Jiaonan power supply company. To find out the problems and shortcomings of Jiaonan power supply company in the construction of enterprise culture, and according to the principles of enterprise culture construction, take the "three major projects" of enterprise culture construction as the starting point. This paper puts forward the enterprise culture construction system with the characteristics of Jiaonan power supply company under the "five unified" enterprise culture of the State Grid Company, and clarifies the goal of the enterprise culture construction of Jiaonan Power supply Company. It provides important theoretical basis and reference value for the construction of enterprise culture of Jiaonan Power supply Company in the new period. The innovation of this paper lies in: in the process of enterprise culture construction, the enterprise culture construction of the State Grid Company has been guaranteed "no discount in the prescribed action". In view of the actual situation of Jiaonan power supply company, the construction of enterprise culture has been deepened, refined, optimized, and "self-selected action has its own characteristics", which has implemented the standards and unity of enterprise culture of State Grid Company. It also brings into play the cultural characteristics and traditions of county-level power supply enterprises, including "safety culture, service culture, clean culture, brand culture, executive culture". New corporate culture system of Jiaonan power supply company, including public welfare culture.
