【摘要】:智能電網(wǎng)作為優(yōu)化能源資源配置的支撐網(wǎng)絡,實施新的能源戰(zhàn)略和的重要平臺,其研究建設對于調(diào)整能源結(jié)構(gòu)、節(jié)能減排、應對環(huán)境變化都具有重大作用,已經(jīng)成為世界各國的電力發(fā)展選擇。對智能電網(wǎng)效益進行研究可以反映其當前發(fā)展水平,優(yōu)化發(fā)展方式,為下一步發(fā)展提供依據(jù)。在充分分析了各國智能電網(wǎng)建設評價模型特點的基礎上,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前我國智能電網(wǎng)評價體系中缺乏對于其建設帶來的環(huán)境效益的評價。在低碳經(jīng)濟的大背景下,,對智能電網(wǎng)環(huán)境效益的進行研究,目的是為了完善智能電網(wǎng)效益評價體系,為加快我國電網(wǎng)智能化建設提供參考和依據(jù)。 本文通過對文獻研究和對電網(wǎng)智能化建設效益的分析,首先界定了智能電網(wǎng)環(huán)境效益概念,分析了智能電網(wǎng)環(huán)境效益的主要影響因素,將其定義為智能電網(wǎng)的節(jié)能減排效益和可持續(xù)發(fā)展效益兩方面。然后采用定性分析和定量評價相結(jié)合的方法,分別從清潔能源并網(wǎng)帶來的節(jié)能減排效益,和通過用戶需求響應系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建、電力輸送效率的提高、促進電動汽車等方面對智能電網(wǎng)環(huán)境效益進行描述,構(gòu)建智能電網(wǎng)環(huán)境效益評價體系。然后使用防護費用法和電熱當量法,將環(huán)境效益經(jīng)濟化,更加直觀的了解從2009年起到2020年,智能電網(wǎng)建設過程中的環(huán)境效益變化趨勢。最后建立智能電網(wǎng)建設與非智能化建設投資與環(huán)境效益對比模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)在建設初期電網(wǎng)智能化建設帶來的環(huán)境效益并不顯著,但當建設投資額達到一定數(shù)量后,其帶來的環(huán)境效益將會越來越明顯。
[Abstract]:Smart grid as a support network optimization of energy resources, the implementation of an important platform for new energy strategy and the construction of the research for the adjustment of energy structure, energy saving and emission reduction, have major effect to respond to environmental changes, has become the power development of the world. The benefits of smart grid research can reflect the current level of development, optimizing the development of the way, provide the basis for the further development. Based on the full analysis of the characteristics of the smart grid construction evaluation model, found that China's smart grid evaluation system for the construction of the lack of evaluation of the environmental benefits. In the background of low-carbon economy, the study on smart grid environment, objective in order to improve the evaluation system of smart grid efficiency, and provide reference basis for speeding up the construction of smart grid in China.
Based on the literature research and Analysis on the benefit of intelligent power grid construction, firstly defines the environmental benefits of the smart grid concept, analyzes the main influence factors of the smart grid environment, which is defined as the energy saving benefits of smart grid and sustainable development benefit two aspects. Then by the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation of the combination of the the benefit of energy saving and emission reduction, respectively from the clean energy grid brought by the user, and demand response system construction, improve the power transmission efficiency, promote the environmental benefits of the smart grid to describe electric cars, construction of evaluation system of smart grid environment. Then use the cost method and the equivalent electric protection method, the environmental benefits of more. Intuitive understanding from 2009 to 2020, the change trend of environmental benefits in the process of smart grid construction. Finally, the establishment of intelligent power grid construction and A comparison model of non intelligent construction investment and environmental benefits shows that the environmental benefits brought by the intelligent construction of power grid are not significant at the early stage of construction, but when the amount of construction investment reaches a certain number, the environmental benefits brought by it will be more and more obvious.
