【摘要】：伴隨著全球經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,人們對物質(zhì)生活的要求越來越高,汽車生產(chǎn)行業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟中占據(jù)重要地位。同時，由于物流成本在總成本中占很大比重，汽車制造企業(yè)越來越注重物流成本的控制。不斷使物流成為企業(yè)的第三利潤源。在這種環(huán)境下，CA汽車公司也在努力降低物流成本，以提高客戶服務水平。把這一方式作為提高企業(yè)核心競爭力的重要手段，希望在激烈的市場競爭中更上一層樓。 論文在對物流和供應鏈管理進行梳理的基礎(chǔ)上，對整車物流進行了比較分析，主要進行了以下幾方面的研究： 第一，對汽車物流的相關(guān)理論和國外汽車物流管理的經(jīng)驗進行了比較分析，并參考既有文獻，對本文的研究內(nèi)容進行了界定； 第二，在對既有文獻梳理的基礎(chǔ)上，本文對CA汽車公司的物流管理發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了分析，包括其簡介與整車物流運作現(xiàn)狀，并對現(xiàn)狀中存在的問題進行了提煉與總結(jié)； 第三，，結(jié)合國外汽車物流先進管理經(jīng)驗和物流管理優(yōu)化指導理論，提出了現(xiàn)代汽車制造企業(yè)物流業(yè)務優(yōu)化目標 最后，對方案的實施提出了相應的保障措施。主要包括在實施重點和組織建設等方面的措施，并且重點分析了整車流程優(yōu)化之后的預期效果。
[Abstract]:Along with the constant development of global economy , the demand for material life is becoming higher and higher , and the automobile industry plays an important role in national economy . At the same time , because of the large proportion of logistics cost in the total cost , automobile manufacturing enterprises pay more attention to the control of logistics cost . In this environment , CA auto company also strives to reduce the logistics cost to improve customer service level . In this environment , as an important means to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise , it is hoped that in the fierce market competition the first floor will be changed . On the basis of combing logistics and supply chain management , this paper makes a comparative analysis on the whole vehicle logistics , and mainly studies the following aspects : Firstly , the relevant theories of the automobile logistics and the experience of foreign automobile logistics management are compared and analyzed , and the contents of the study are defined with reference to the existing literature . Secondly , on the basis of combing the existing literatures , this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the logistics management in CA , including its brief introduction and the current situation of the logistics operation of the whole vehicle , and summarizes the existing problems in the present situation . Third , combining the advanced management experience and the logistics management optimization guidance theory of foreign automobile logistics , this paper puts forward the optimization goal of modern automobile manufacturing enterprise logistics business . Finally , the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward in the implementation of the scheme , which mainly includes the measures in the implementation of emphasis and organization construction , and the expected effect after the optimization of the whole vehicle process is emphatically analyzed .
