【摘要】:煤炭構(gòu)成了我國能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的主體。隨著煤炭市場的需求日益增長,用戶對煤炭碼頭的服務(wù)也提出了越來越嚴(yán)格的要求,具體體現(xiàn)在多品種小批量上再加上煤炭污染的日益嚴(yán)重,煤炭碼頭的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營面臨著很大的挑戰(zhàn)。 在此背景下,筒倉煤炭碼頭應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,通過將不同品種的煤炭進(jìn)行混合,以提高煤炭的燃燒效率,降低環(huán)境污染,同時提高了服務(wù)水平。但是筒倉煤炭碼頭在我國剛剛興起,缺乏實(shí)際有效的配煤生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營策略,而本文正是緊緊圍繞著這一問題如下,做了幾個方面的深入研究: (1)研究了在目前的能源市場背景下,具有配煤功能的環(huán)保型,筒倉式堆場煤炭碼頭物流系統(tǒng)的基本組成,平面布局,裝卸設(shè)備配置方式以及工藝流程,論證了筒倉煤炭碼頭巨大的發(fā)展前景。 (2)研究了筒倉煤炭碼頭配煤生產(chǎn)策略,提出了柔性堆放和固定堆放兩種方法。建立了筒倉配煤生產(chǎn)策略的數(shù)學(xué)公式,分析了其系統(tǒng)特性。 (3)分析了筒倉式堆場煤炭碼頭配煤生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的特性,基于其離散事件系統(tǒng),研究了筒倉煤炭碼頭配煤生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)仿真模型的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式以及組成方式,包括仿真模型的評價參數(shù)等等,建立了筒倉煤炭碼頭配煤生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)的仿真模型。 (4)通過運(yùn)用仿真軟件WITNESS,通過全面的試驗(yàn)方案,對筒倉煤炭碼頭生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的柔性生產(chǎn)策略和固定生產(chǎn)策略進(jìn)行了量化的對比,深入分析了筒倉煤炭碼頭堆場不同生產(chǎn)調(diào)度策略的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。 本論文對筒倉煤炭碼頭的配煤生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營策略進(jìn)行了深入的理論研究,所取得的研究成果具有較重要的學(xué)術(shù)價值和工程意義。
[Abstract]:Coal constitutes the main body of energy consumption structure of our country. With the increasing demand of coal market, users also put forward more and more strict requirements for the service of coal wharf. As a result, the production and management of coal wharf are faced with great challenges. In this context, silo coal wharf came into being, by mixing different kinds of coal, in order to improve the efficiency of coal combustion and reduce environmental pollution. At the same time, the service level has been improved. But the silo coal wharf is just rising in our country, lack of practical and effective coal blending production and operation strategy, and this paper is closely around this problem as follows. Has done several aspects of in-depth research: Under the background of the current energy market, the basic composition, plane layout, loading and unloading equipment configuration and technological process of the coal terminal logistics system with coal blending function and silo type yard are studied. The great development prospect of silo coal wharf is demonstrated. This paper studies the coal blending production strategy of silo coal wharf, puts forward two methods of flexible stacking and fixed stacking, establishes the mathematical formula of silo coal blending production strategy, and analyses its system characteristics. The characteristics of coal blending production system in silo yard are analyzed. Based on its discrete event system, the simulation model of coal blending production system of silo coal terminal is studied. The simulation model of coal blending production logistics system of silo coal wharf is established including the evaluation parameters of simulation model and so on. 4) the flexible and fixed production strategies of silo coal wharf production system are compared quantificationally by using the simulation software WITNESS and a comprehensive test scheme. The advantages and disadvantages of different production scheduling strategies for silo coal wharf yard are analyzed. In this paper, the strategy of coal blending production and operation of silo coal wharf is deeply studied, and the research results have important academic value and engineering significance.
