【摘要】：施工項目管理是大型施工企業(yè)管理的基礎(chǔ),項目在施工過程中的管理水平直接反映了企業(yè)的形象和信譽,決定著企業(yè)的經(jīng)營業(yè)績。建筑施工企業(yè)具有“遠離總部、點多面廣、流動性大、非批量生產(chǎn)”的特點,比一般工業(yè)企業(yè)管理難度大,施工企業(yè)的區(qū)域經(jīng)營以項目管理為依托,建立區(qū)域分公司對特定區(qū)域內(nèi)的項目群進行管理就是必然的選擇。 本文在分析山西區(qū)域市場現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,針對zL公司山西區(qū)域分公司實際,探討了區(qū)域分公司的組成和職責(zé)權(quán)限,剖析了區(qū)域分公司在項目策劃、項目過程監(jiān)督與考核、物資管理、財務(wù)核算等方面的項目管控職能,并提出了圍繞工期、安全、質(zhì)量和成本的項目管控體系。研究表明,項目管控的實施在山西區(qū)域分公司的經(jīng)營管理中產(chǎn)生了良好的效果。 區(qū)域分公司作為區(qū)域經(jīng)營的直接組織者和管理者,具有“貼近市場、貼近用戶、熟悉當(dāng)?shù)卣叻ㄒ?guī)、當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣P(guān)系較好、捕捉信息快”等區(qū)位優(yōu)勢,有利于企業(yè)搶占區(qū)域市場,擴大區(qū)域經(jīng)營空間。在工程建設(shè)市場競爭日趨激烈的今天,區(qū)域分公司是大型施工企業(yè)打造區(qū)域品牌、提升項目管控水平、占領(lǐng)區(qū)域市場的重要手段。對山西區(qū)域分公司項目管控的研究,不僅有利于山西地區(qū)經(jīng)營業(yè)績的提高,對公司的區(qū)域市場經(jīng)營管理也有重要戰(zhàn)略意義。
[Abstract]:Construction project management is the foundation of large construction enterprise management. The level of project management in the construction process directly reflects the image and reputation of the enterprise. Construction enterprises have the characteristics of "far away from headquarters, wide points, large mobility, non-mass production", which is more difficult than general industrial enterprises. The regional management of construction enterprises is based on project management. It is an inevitable choice to establish regional branches to manage the project groups in a specific area. Based on the analysis of the current situation of Shanxi regional market, this paper discusses the composition and responsibility of regional branch, and analyzes the project planning of regional branch in view of the actual situation of Shanxi regional branch of ZL Company. Project process supervision and assessment, material management, financial accounting and other aspects of project control functions, and proposed around the duration, safety, quality and cost of the project control system. The implementation of project control has produced good results in the operation and management of Shanxi regional branch. As the direct organizer and manager of regional management, regional branches have the advantages of "close to the market, close to users, familiar with local policies and regulations, better local social relations, fast information capture" and so on. In today's increasingly fierce competition in the engineering construction market, the regional branch is a large construction enterprise to create regional brands, improve the level of project management and control. The research on the project control of Shanxi regional branch is not only beneficial to the improvement of the performance of the Shanxi region, but also of strategic significance to the management of the regional market of the company.
