【摘要】：在國家實施鹽類企業(yè)體制改革的環(huán)境之下，江西晶昊鹽化有限公司作為我國鹽類企業(yè)重點生產(chǎn)企業(yè)之一，更應(yīng)該借助于體制改革的大好時機，積極轉(zhuǎn)變自身資源轉(zhuǎn)型。是否能夠走出一條適合自身的可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路，關(guān)系到企業(yè)能否保持良好發(fā)展勢頭，以及在今后的市場競爭中能否保持核心競爭力的關(guān)鍵問題。所以，對江西晶昊鹽化可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究，不論是對本企業(yè)，還是對同類的其他企業(yè)，都有很好的借鑒意義。 本文以江西晶昊鹽化有限公司這一典型的鹽化企業(yè)為研究對象，深入了討論了我國鹽類企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及公司保持可持續(xù)發(fā)展過程中所面臨的問題，從戰(zhàn)略的角度給出了具體的解決對策和合理的建議。并綜合運用了波特“五力模型”和“SWOT”、“VRIN模型”等經(jīng)濟學(xué)分析方法，對江西晶昊鹽化有限公司的競爭關(guān)系及內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進行了深入分析，挖掘出公司發(fā)展所面臨的主要問題，并針對此類問題提出了相應(yīng)的解決對策。 文章總共分為五個部分，第一章緒論部分，對研究背景和意義進行了簡要介紹，并分析了當(dāng)前鹽化企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究的現(xiàn)狀；第二章對企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的基本理論進行了簡要概述；第三章運用不同的經(jīng)濟學(xué)方法，對江西晶昊鹽化有限公司的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進行了系統(tǒng)的分析；第四章和第五章對晶昊鹽化公司在可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路上遇到的問題進行了分析，，并在戰(zhàn)略的角度，針對于各類問題提出了相應(yīng)的對策；第六章對企業(yè)的發(fā)展進行了總結(jié)概述。
[Abstract]:As one of the key production enterprises of salt enterprises in our country , Jiangxi Jinghao Salt Chemical Co . , Ltd . is one of the key production enterprises of salt enterprises in our country , and it is more important to change its own resources by means of the great opportunity of institutional reform . In this paper , the development of salt enterprises in Jiangxi and the problems faced by the company in the process of sustainable development are discussed . The competition relation and the internal and external environment of Jiangxi Jinghao Salt Chemical Co . , Ltd . are analyzed in detail , and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward . This article is divided into five parts , the first chapter is the introduction part , the research background and the significance is introduced briefly , and the present situation of the sustainable development research of the current salinized enterprise is analyzed . The second chapter analyzes the internal and external environment of the company ' s sustainable development strategy . Chapter three analyzes the problems encountered in the sustainable development path of Jinghao Salt Chemical Co . , Ltd . and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter . The sixth chapter summarizes the development of the enterprise .
