【摘要】:X工程機(jī)械有限公司在云南工程機(jī)械行業(yè),用20年的發(fā)展讓只有三個(gè)人的小商鋪到現(xiàn)在600多人的中型企業(yè),創(chuàng)造了在同區(qū)域同行業(yè)的輝煌頂峰,但現(xiàn)在也面臨著企業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸,從云南區(qū)域的一流代理商在短短兩年時(shí)間內(nèi)下滑到三流代理商,這不得不說(shuō)這是企業(yè)失去了核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力造成的。產(chǎn)品是廠家生產(chǎn)的,代理商是無(wú)法控制,唯一能控制的就是管理和人,管理和人的方向迷失了,企業(yè)就無(wú)法按照戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)實(shí)施,企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力自然也就下滑。 員工方向不清晰與企業(yè)員工素質(zhì)能力有至關(guān)重要的關(guān)系,因?yàn)閱T工素質(zhì)能力提升是為員工指明方向和前進(jìn)的道路,為實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)縮短進(jìn)程,也是企業(yè)優(yōu)先同行企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文力求通過(guò)對(duì)公司員工素質(zhì)能力現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,即從員工素質(zhì)能力提升的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),又從管理水平、基礎(chǔ)教育、服務(wù)技能、企業(yè)文化多角度分析,最后清晰闡述了加快推進(jìn)職工素質(zhì)能力提升工作的重要性和必要性,并為此提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。 主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)綜述法、結(jié)構(gòu)訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法、評(píng)估反饋法的研究方法,對(duì)X工程機(jī)械有限公司員工素質(zhì)能力進(jìn)行剖析,對(duì)階梯式人才進(jìn)行階段性素質(zhì)能力提升,改變市場(chǎng)客戶心目中的品牌形象,讓X工程機(jī)械有限公司重塑一流代理商的品牌形象。這也是在云南工程機(jī)械行業(yè)首次利用人力資源員工素質(zhì)能力提升,,讓企業(yè)重獲新生的首次研究型嘗試。
[Abstract]:X Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. in Yunnan construction machinery industry, with 20 years of development to only three people of small shops to the present 600 people of medium-sized enterprises, created in the same region of the brilliant peak of the same industry. But now is also facing the bottleneck of enterprise development, from the first-class agents in Yunnan region in a short period of two years to the third-rate agents. It has to be said that this is caused by the loss of the core competitiveness of the enterprise. The product is produced by the manufacturer, the agent is unable to control, the only thing that can be controlled is management and people, management and the direction of people lost. Enterprises can not be implemented in accordance with strategic objectives, the competitiveness of enterprises will naturally decline. The unclear orientation of employees has a crucial relationship with the quality and ability of employees, because the improvement of staff quality and ability is to show the direction and the way forward for the staff, and shorten the process for the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise. It is also the core competitiveness of the enterprise. This paper tries to investigate the current situation of the quality and ability of the employees, that is, from the actual situation of improving the quality and ability of the staff, and from the management level, basic education. Service skills and corporate culture are analyzed from various angles. Finally, the importance and necessity of speeding up the promotion of staff's quality and ability are clearly expounded, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. Mainly using literature review method, structure interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistical analysis method, evaluation and feedback method of research methods, X Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. employees' quality and ability are analyzed. Step talent to improve the quality of the ability to change the market customers in the eyes of the brand image. This is the first time in Yunnan construction machinery industry to use human resources to improve the quality and ability of employees, so that the enterprise can regain a new life of the first research attempt.
