【摘要】：紡織工業(yè)作為工業(yè)革命的開始,其精益化管理演變和發(fā)展反映了管理思想創(chuàng)新過程�；趲焖嫉姆妒嚼碚�,分析了技術范式和管理范式演進的過程,以及與之相應的精細化管理思想演變;界定了廣義的精益管理和處于轉(zhuǎn)型時代的中國紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)管理創(chuàng)新的意義,并討論了從工業(yè)文明向生態(tài)文明轉(zhuǎn)變過程中中國紡織精益化管理的目標和新內(nèi)涵;最后,以中國紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)管理創(chuàng)新案例為證,闡釋了精細化管理的實踐。
[Abstract]:As the beginning of the industrial revolution, the evolution and development of lean management reflects the innovation process of management ideology. Based on Kuth's paradigm theory, the evolution process of technology paradigm and management paradigm is analyzed. And the corresponding meticulous management thought evolves; This paper defines the meaning of the broad sense of lean management and the innovation of Chinese textile industry in the transitional period, and discusses the goal and new connotation of Chinese textile lean management in the process of transition from industrial civilization to ecological civilization. Finally, the case of management innovation in China's textile industry is taken as an example to explain the practice of meticulous management.
