【摘要】：本文從區(qū)位選擇的視角分析我國礦產企業(yè)的對外投資，首先，總結了我國礦產企業(yè)的對外投資項目，各個企業(yè)的對外投資項目遍布世界各個大洲，投資項目數也呈現出了一定的規(guī)模；然后，根據投資項目數量變化趨勢，將過去的對外投資階段分為起步階段和初步發(fā)展階段，并從各個大洲和國家兩個層面分析了我國礦產企業(yè)對外投資的區(qū)位分布現狀，得出，我國礦產企業(yè)對外投資主要圍繞經濟發(fā)展水平相似或者略低于我國、地理距離相近或者資源豐富的國家，其次，運用因子分析法分析了樣本國家的投資環(huán)境，并進行了排名，得出，西班牙、加拿大、俄羅斯、巴西、澳大利亞是最優(yōu)的投資東道國，阿根廷、墨西哥、印度、南非五個國家相對于以上幾個國家略遜一籌，但是綜合環(huán)境比較好，投資環(huán)境良好，哈薩克斯坦、泰國、越南、老撾等幾個國家都是亞洲國家，雖然投資環(huán)境相對較差，但是由于地緣優(yōu)勢和社會習俗等方面的原因，也可以把握投資機會，進行適時投資。最后，根據存在的問題，，結合實證分析結果，從政府層面和企業(yè)層面提出了相應的建議。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the foreign investment of Chinese mineral enterprises from the perspective of location choice. Firstly, it summarizes the overseas investment projects of Chinese mineral enterprises, and the projects of foreign investment of each enterprise are all over the world and every continent. The number of investment projects also showed a certain scale; Then, according to the trend of the number of investment projects, the past stage of foreign investment is divided into the initial stage and the initial stage of development. And from each continent and two levels of national analysis of China's mineral enterprises foreign investment location distribution, it is concluded that China's mineral enterprises foreign investment mainly around the level of economic development is similar or slightly lower than our country. Geographical distance or resource-rich countries, secondly, the use of factor analysis analysis of the sample country's investment environment, and carried out the ranking, Spain, Canada, Russia, Brazil. Australia is the best investment host country, Argentina, Mexico, India, South Africa five countries compared to the above several countries, but the comprehensive environment is better, the investment environment is good, Kazakhstan. Thailand, Vietnam, Laos and other countries are Asian countries, although the investment environment is relatively poor, but due to geographical advantages and social customs and other reasons, can also grasp the investment opportunities. Finally, according to the existing problems, combined with the results of empirical analysis, the corresponding suggestions are put forward from the government level and the enterprise level.
