【摘要】：伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展，公司將面臨多樣化的采購市場。為了逐漸地迎合采購市場的變化以及公司自身的營運(yùn)策略的完善，公司除了需要重視其內(nèi)在管控之外，還需要把管控的范圍延伸到公司之外。而供貨商的管控便日益成為其關(guān)鍵的節(jié)點(diǎn)，所以也漸漸被各企業(yè)關(guān)注。注重對供貨商的管控逐漸變?yōu)榱税磿r(shí)購買材料以及減少企業(yè)成本的一個(gè)非常關(guān)鍵的方式，同時(shí)也是另外一種獲取收益的途徑�，F(xiàn)在日益增多的公司均把供貨商管控放到了戰(zhàn)略性的位置，并且在實(shí)際操作過程中逐漸得到完善。 本文首先簡要介紹了研究的思路與方法、主要內(nèi)容及框架。接著，文章對F工程技術(shù)公司供應(yīng)商管理問題進(jìn)行了分析，主要介紹F工程技術(shù)公司發(fā)展概況，分析了該公司供應(yīng)商管理的現(xiàn)狀，并針對這一現(xiàn)狀對其進(jìn)行深入分析，指出其存在的問題，為下一步供應(yīng)商管理體系優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)打下基礎(chǔ)。隨后，，文章對F工程技術(shù)公司供應(yīng)商管理體系進(jìn)行了完善，主要是結(jié)合公司供應(yīng)商管理的實(shí)際情況，找出存在的問題，其問題主要包括供應(yīng)商評價(jià)體系欠完善，沒有對供應(yīng)商展開分類管理，與供貨商之間的交流不足，缺乏感情方面的融合，進(jìn)而在協(xié)作方面也不能獲得更進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展等。并且針對這些現(xiàn)存的問題提出了系統(tǒng)化的解決辦法，以建立一套科學(xué)的、適應(yīng)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展需要的體系。緊接著，文章分析了F工程技術(shù)公司供應(yīng)商管理體系完善的保障，提出供應(yīng)商管理體系要想得到有效的完善就需要有組織保障、制度保障、溝通機(jī)制的完善和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控的加強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the company will be faced with a variety of procurement market, in order to gradually cater to the changes in the procurement market and the improvement of the company's own operating strategy. In addition to the need to attach importance to its internal control, companies also need to extend the scope of control beyond the company, and supplier control is increasingly becoming its key node. Therefore, it has gradually been concerned by various enterprises. The control of suppliers has gradually become a key way to buy materials on time and reduce the cost of enterprises. Now a growing number of companies are putting supplier control in a strategic position and improving it in practice. This paper first introduces the research ideas and methods, main content and framework. Then, the article analyzes the supplier management of F engineering and technology company, mainly introduces the development of F engineering and technology company. This paper analyzes the current situation of supplier management in this company, and analyzes it in depth, points out its existing problems, and lays a foundation for the further optimization design of supplier management system. In this paper, the supplier management system of F Engineering and Technology Company has been improved, mainly based on the actual situation of company supplier management, to find out the existing problems, including the supplier evaluation system is not perfect. There is no classified management of suppliers, insufficient communication with suppliers, and lack of emotional integration. And then in the aspect of collaboration can not get further development and so on. And in view of these existing problems put forward a systematic solution to establish a set of scientific. Then, the article analyzes the guarantee of the perfection of supplier management system in F engineering and technology company, and points out that the supplier management system needs to be organized if it wants to be improved effectively. System guarantee, perfect communication mechanism and strengthen risk control.
