【摘要】:駕乘人員須隨時(shí)通過汽車儀表上的數(shù)字、文字或圖形信息,迅速、準(zhǔn)確地掌控汽車的運(yùn)行。汽車儀表發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了機(jī)械式儀表、電氣式儀表、模擬電路電子式儀表、全數(shù)字汽車儀表四個(gè)大的階段。數(shù)字化汽車儀表采用全屏彩色背景LCD數(shù)字顯示和模擬顯示,讀數(shù)直觀、準(zhǔn)確,外觀豪華、背景亮麗。 汽車儀表的市場(chǎng)格局是國(guó)際大公司在中高端市場(chǎng)上稱雄。數(shù)字化汽車儀表,前景十分廣闊,極有可能成為一段時(shí)間汽車儀表顯示裝置的主導(dǎo)技術(shù)。數(shù)字化汽車儀表通過收發(fā)CAN信號(hào)、采集傳感器信號(hào),經(jīng)過微處理器控制步進(jìn)電機(jī)指示車速、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速、燃油油量、氣壓。通過LCD顯示屏顯示發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作狀態(tài)、瞬時(shí)油耗、平均油耗、水溫、機(jī)油壓力、室內(nèi)溫度、室外溫度,累計(jì)里程和故障報(bào)警等信息。 與國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,我國(guó)汽車儀表顯示裝置科技水平有很大差距。 江蘇XTD公司是一家專業(yè)從事車用儀表的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)及銷售的高新技術(shù)企業(yè),位于江蘇省丹陽市,每年用于研發(fā)的經(jīng)費(fèi)占銷售收入的4%以上,具有較強(qiáng)的技術(shù)研發(fā)能力。 XTD公司立足自主研發(fā)、產(chǎn)學(xué)研和人才引進(jìn)相結(jié)合的方式,選擇了相對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)的項(xiàng)目,按年產(chǎn)10萬套數(shù)字化汽車儀表的規(guī)模,進(jìn)行技術(shù)升級(jí)。公司擬通過采購國(guó)內(nèi)外設(shè)備、改建廠房、輔助設(shè)施、原輔材料等途徑,實(shí)現(xiàn)本項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品升級(jí)換代。 本數(shù)字化汽車儀表符合《產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整指導(dǎo)目錄(2011年本)》鼓勵(lì)類中第十六類(汽車)第1條項(xiàng)目、屬于《江蘇省工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整指導(dǎo)目錄》(2012年本)鼓勵(lì)類第十四項(xiàng)(汽車)第1條項(xiàng)目;依據(jù)《汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)整和振興規(guī)劃》(2009年國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳)和《我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步和技術(shù)改造投資方向》(2010年),為國(guó)家優(yōu)先支持生產(chǎn)的領(lǐng)域。屬于能打破壁壘,代替進(jìn)口,推動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的新一代汽車儀表項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品,性能上能接近或達(dá)到國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平。 本文嘗試從研究背景,研究意義、理論基礎(chǔ)、項(xiàng)目建設(shè)必要性,市場(chǎng)分析及趨勢(shì)預(yù)測(cè),建設(shè)規(guī)模與產(chǎn)品方案,工藝技術(shù)及設(shè)備方案,項(xiàng)目實(shí)施,環(huán)境保護(hù)和安全生產(chǎn),投資估算及資金使用,投資總額、投資利潤(rùn)率、靜態(tài)投資回收期、動(dòng)態(tài)投資回收期、凈現(xiàn)值、內(nèi)部收益率等經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益等方面,進(jìn)行可行性研究分析。 可行性研究認(rèn)為本項(xiàng)目符合國(guó)家產(chǎn)業(yè)指導(dǎo)方向,市場(chǎng)前景看好,技術(shù)上可行,投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)小,實(shí)施過程中對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境無不利影響,建成投產(chǎn)后經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益顯著。建議盡量加快工程進(jìn)度,縮短工期,統(tǒng)籌考慮各類資源的節(jié)約和利用,確保項(xiàng)目與社會(huì)發(fā)展協(xié)調(diào),兼顧當(dāng)前和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)利益,抓住汽車行業(yè)快速發(fā)展的時(shí)機(jī),搶先占領(lǐng)市場(chǎng)。
[Abstract]:The driver shall at any time through the car instrument digital, text or graphic information, quickly, accurately control the car running. The development of the automobile instrument experienced mechanical instruments, electrical instruments, analog electronic instrument, digital automobile instrument has four stages. The digital automobile instrument with full screen background color LCD digital display and analog display, intuitive readings, accurate, luxurious appearance, bright background.
Automobile instrument market is large international companies dominate in the high-end market. Digital automobile instrument, the prospects are very broad, is likely to become a dominant technology of automotive instrument display. Digital automobile instrument by sending and receiving CAN signal acquisition sensor signal through the microprocessor controlled stepper motor speed indicator, engine speed, fuel the amount of oil, air pressure. Through the LCD display engine working condition, instantaneous fuel consumption, average fuel consumption, oil pressure, water temperature, indoor temperature, outdoor temperature, mileage and fault alarm information.
Compared with developed countries in foreign countries, there is a big gap in the scientific and technological level of automobile instrument display devices in China.
Jiangsu XTD company is a high-tech enterprise specializing in R & D, production and sale of vehicle instrumentation. It is located in Danyang city of Jiangsu province. Its annual funds for research and development account for over 4% of sales revenue, and has strong technology research and development capabilities.
XTD company based on independent research and development, combining the research and introduction of talents, choose the relative advantages of the project, according to an annual output of 100 thousand sets of vehicle digital meter scale, technology upgrades. The company intends to purchase foreign equipment, renovation workshop, auxiliary facilities, raw and auxiliary materials and other ways to achieve the upgrading of products of this project.

Belongs to break the barriers, replace imports, to promote domestic industrial development of a new generation of automobile instrument products, performance can be close to or reached the international advanced level.
This paper attempts from the research background, research significance, theoretical basis, necessity of the project construction, analysis and forecast of market, construction scale and product mix, technology and equipment, the implementation of the project, environmental protection and safety production, investment estimation and the use of funds, the total amount of investment, the investment profit rate, static investment payback period, net present value the dynamic investment payback period, internal rate of return, economic benefits and social benefits, feasibility research and analysis.
The feasibility study of this project that accords with the national guideline of industry, market prospects, technical feasibility, investment risk is small, no adverse effects on the ecological environment in the process of implementation, completion of economic production, social benefits significantly. Recommendations to speed up the progress of the project, shorten the construction period, and consider all kinds of resource conservation and utilization, ensure project with the social development and coordination, both immediate and long-term interests, the rapid development of the automobile industry to seize the opportunity, the first to occupy the market.
