電子通訊產(chǎn)品第三方逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,消費(fèi)者對電子通訊產(chǎn)品多樣化和個(gè)性化的要求越來越高,由此導(dǎo)致廢舊電子通訊產(chǎn)品也越來越多,不能及時(shí)有效處理。逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)是解決這一問題的重要途徑,逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的合理與否,直接關(guān)系到經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與人類生存環(huán)境的優(yōu)劣。因此,選擇何種逆向物流模式以及如何建立一個(gè)高效合理的逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)是當(dāng)下亟待解決的問題。本文通過分析當(dāng)前我國電子通訊產(chǎn)品逆向物流及網(wǎng)絡(luò)的情況,設(shè)計(jì)了電子通訊產(chǎn)品第三方逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型。 本文運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)研究法,定性與定量結(jié)合以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型、數(shù)學(xué)模型的方法,,對目前我國電子通訊產(chǎn)品第三方逆向物流及網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行分析,構(gòu)建了適合我國電子通訊產(chǎn)品回收的第三方逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)框架及數(shù)學(xué)模型,并進(jìn)行了數(shù)值仿真。具體研究內(nèi)容包括:首先,在電子通訊產(chǎn)品,以及電子廢舊物的基礎(chǔ)上明確了廢舊電子通訊產(chǎn)品的含義和特點(diǎn),對逆向物流及網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了概念界定,給出循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì),供應(yīng)鏈,第三方逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)等相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),介紹了網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型和數(shù)學(xué)模型方法;其次,在對現(xiàn)階段我國電子通訊產(chǎn)品第三方逆向物流及網(wǎng)絡(luò)的相關(guān)分析基礎(chǔ)上,指出建立電子通訊產(chǎn)品第三方逆向物流要考慮的因素;然后,給出第三方逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的回收主體及服務(wù)對象、流程、功能,構(gòu)建出含有回收站、檢測處理中心、再分銷市場、廢棄物處理中心四個(gè)層次的電子通訊產(chǎn)品第三方逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)框架并設(shè)計(jì)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,運(yùn)用lingo軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)值仿真;最后,給出本文的結(jié)論。 本文通過建立電子通訊產(chǎn)品第三方逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,一方面豐富了現(xiàn)有的逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng),為物流業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展提供了更多的方向,另一方面對政府或者相關(guān)管理部門就規(guī)范廢舊電子通訊產(chǎn)品的回收等問題提供參考依據(jù),有助于保護(hù)環(huán)境和提高人們的參與意識。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, consumers to diversification and individuation of electronic communication products have become increasingly demanding, resulting in the waste of electronic communication products are more and more, not timely and effective treatment. The reverse logistics network is an important way to solve this problem, the reverse logistics network is reasonable or not directly related to the economic development and human living environment the pros and cons. Therefore, the choice of reverse logistics model and how to establish a reasonable and efficient reverse logistics network is the current problems to be solved. In this paper, through the analysis of the current situation of the reverse logistics network and electronic communication products in China, the design of electronic communication products, the third party reverse logistics network model.
This paper uses the method of literature research, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, network model, mathematical model, analysis of the current electronic communication products in China and the third party reverse logistics network, establishes the frame and the mathematical model of third party electronic communication products in China for recycling reverse logistics network, and the numerical simulation of concrete. The research contents include: first, in electronic communication products, as well as the foundation of electronic waste on the meaning and characteristics of waste electronic communication products, defines the concept of reverse logistics network and, given the circular economy, supply chain, relevant theoretical basis of the third party reverse logistics network, introduces the method of network model and mathematical model secondly, based on related; analysis of the current electronic communication products in China and the third party reverse logistics network, it is pointed out that the establishment of electronic communication products, the third party reverse Logistics should be taken into consideration; then, the main body of recycling and service object, given the third party reverse logistics network flow, function, constructed by recycling, detection and processing center, and distribution market, waste treatment center of electronic communication products, the four levels of the third party reverse logistics network framework and the network model design, numerical simulation the use of LINGO software; finally, gives the conclusion of this paper.
In this paper, through the establishment of electronic communication products, the third party reverse logistics network model, on the one hand enrich the existing reverse logistics network system, provide more direction for development of logistics services, to provide the reference for the other hand specification waste electronic communications products to the government or the relevant administrative departments of the recycle, helps protect the environment and to improve people's awareness of participation.
