【摘要】:我國(guó)汽車(chē)行業(yè)經(jīng)過(guò)近幾十年的快速發(fā)展,產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)規(guī)模已躍居世界前列,在我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的過(guò)程之中起到了巨大的拉動(dòng)作用。隨著企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任理念的引入,企業(yè)履行社會(huì)責(zé)任已成為廣大社會(huì)公眾關(guān)心的熱門(mén)話(huà)題,更有學(xué)者指出中國(guó)企業(yè)將面臨一場(chǎng)“責(zé)任風(fēng)暴”。研究我國(guó)汽車(chē)行業(yè)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任與企業(yè)價(jià)值的關(guān)系,對(duì)于我國(guó)汽車(chē)企業(yè)主動(dòng)履行社會(huì)責(zé)任,提升企業(yè)價(jià)值具有重要的意義。 本文以汽車(chē)類(lèi)上市公司為研究樣本,從企業(yè)生命周期的視角出發(fā),對(duì)汽車(chē)行業(yè)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任與企業(yè)價(jià)值之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。首先,本文對(duì)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任、企業(yè)價(jià)值等概念進(jìn)行了界定,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任與企業(yè)價(jià)值、企業(yè)績(jī)效的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了回顧;其次,對(duì)我國(guó)汽車(chē)行業(yè)履行企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,指出了我國(guó)汽車(chē)行業(yè)履行社會(huì)責(zé)任面臨的問(wèn)題;然后,構(gòu)建企業(yè)生命周期、企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任、企業(yè)價(jià)值指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用描述統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和多元回歸分析方法,分別對(duì)企業(yè)生命周期各階段的企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任與企業(yè)價(jià)值關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究;最后,得出研究結(jié)論,并從企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)、企業(yè)發(fā)展階段、員工、供應(yīng)商、社會(huì)公益、企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任報(bào)告等角度出發(fā),為汽車(chē)類(lèi)上市公司合理履行企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任,提升企業(yè)價(jià)值,提出對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:China's auto industry after the rapid development in recent decades, the production scale has leapt to the forefront of the world, in the process of China's national economy continued to grow in the play a tremendous role in boosting. With the introduction of the concept of corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility has become a social hot topic of public concern, more scholars have pointed out that Chinese the enterprise will face a "accountability storm". Research on the relationship between China's automobile industry corporate social responsibility and corporate value, for China's automobile enterprises actively fulfill their social responsibilities, has important significance to enhance enterprise value.
In this paper, automotive listed companies as research samples, starting from the perspective of enterprise life cycle, an empirical study on the relationship between the automobile industry corporate social responsibility and corporate value. First of all, this paper on corporate social responsibility, the concept of enterprise value are defined, and the domestic and foreign research of corporate social responsibility and corporate value, literature enterprise performance reviews; secondly, the current situation of China's automobile industry to fulfill corporate social responsibility are analyzed, pointed out the problems of social responsibility performance of China's automobile industry; then, constructs the enterprise life cycle, corporate social responsibility, the value of the index system of the enterprise, using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis method for empirical study of corporate social responsibility and the various stages of the enterprise life cycle value; finally, draw conclusions, and from the enterprise society From the perspective of responsibility, enterprise development stage, employees, suppliers, social welfare and corporate social responsibility report, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for automotive listed companies to fulfill CSR and enhance their value.
