【摘要】：勝利油田開發(fā)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入中后期,開發(fā)的難度逐漸加大,勝利油田在學(xué)習(xí)借鑒其它兄弟單位好的經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法的同時(shí),探索適合本單位發(fā)展的原油生產(chǎn)管理方法,加強(qiáng)油田標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、數(shù)字化管理,提高原油生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行日常管理水平,減少經(jīng)濟(jì)損失維護(hù)油田利益,提高職工勞動(dòng)積極性,增強(qiáng)油田重點(diǎn)生產(chǎn)動(dòng)態(tài)分析能力,縮短突發(fā)事件反應(yīng)時(shí)間等就顯得尤為重要。本文立足于勝利油田生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)際,簡要介紹勝利油田生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行情況及效果,在查閱大量參考文獻(xiàn)和當(dāng)今數(shù)字化企業(yè)建設(shè)發(fā)展進(jìn)程等基礎(chǔ)上,分析目前該系統(tǒng)存在的問題。針對(duì)問題進(jìn)行深入剖析,將國內(nèi)傳統(tǒng)管理模式和現(xiàn)代管理模式相比較,利用理論分析與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)比長慶油田的生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出勝利油田生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化的“四化”建設(shè)構(gòu)想,即:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)、模塊化建設(shè)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化采購、信息化提升,堅(jiān)持“先進(jìn)性、系統(tǒng)性、繼承性、開放性、創(chuàng)新性、實(shí)用性”的工作原則,集成優(yōu)化傳統(tǒng)石油工程工藝技術(shù),融合自動(dòng)化、智能化、數(shù)字化等現(xiàn)代化手段,最大限度實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行全過程的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控、遠(yuǎn)程管控、平臺(tái)化集成、專業(yè)化管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)少投入、低成本、高水平、高效益。并及時(shí)跟蹤生產(chǎn)管理的過程和效果,不斷優(yōu)化勝利油田生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng),形成一套標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、數(shù)字化的生產(chǎn)管理體系,為提高勝利油田生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營效益提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)保障。
[Abstract]:Shengli Oilfield has entered the later period, the development of increasing difficulty in Shengli Oilfield to learn from experience and practice of other fraternal units well at the same time, to explore the management method of crude oil production units to strengthen oil development, standardization, digital management, improve the oil daily production operation management level, reduce economic losses to maintain oil interests. To improve their work enthusiasm, enhance oil production key dynamic analysis ability, shorten the emergency reaction time is particularly important. This paper is based on the production management system of Shengli Oilfield are introduced in Shengli oilfield production management system of operation and effect, in a large number of references and the construction and development of the digital business process on the basis of analysis of the existing problems of the system. To conduct in-depth analysis of issues, domestic traditional and modern management Model comparison, using the method of combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research, comparison of Changqing oilfield production management experience, the Shengli oilfield production management system optimization of the "four modernizations" construction, namely: standardized design, modular construction, standardized procurement, improve information technology, adhere to the "advanced, systematic, inheritance, open, innovative, practical work principle", integrated optimization technology, the traditional petroleum engineering integration automation, intelligent, digital and other modern means to achieve real-time monitoring of the whole process of production and operation, the maximum distance control, platform integration, professional management, implementation of less input, low cost, high the level of high efficiency. And follow up the process and effect of production management, constantly optimize the production system in Shengli Oilfield, the formation of a set of standardized, digital production management system, in order to improve the production and management of Shengli Oilfield The benefits provide a solid guarantee.
