【摘要】:建筑業(yè)作為我國國民經(jīng)濟的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),在促進社會進步和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中起著重要作用。改革開放30多年來,我國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展一直都呈現(xiàn)平穩(wěn)較快發(fā)展趨勢,目前正處于重工業(yè)經(jīng)濟時代,國家政府高度重視基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),2005年以來我國的全社會固定資產(chǎn)投資一直保持高速增長,與其密切相關(guān)的建筑業(yè)進入了快速增長的“黃金時期”。但伴隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展和市場化進程的加快,我國建筑業(yè)將面臨更加激烈的競爭環(huán)境,其生存和發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境都將發(fā)生深刻的變革。面對機遇和挑戰(zhàn),中鐵建工集團作為建筑行業(yè)領(lǐng)域中的一個大型企業(yè)集團,如何能夠在新的市場競爭環(huán)境下獲取持續(xù)的競爭優(yōu)勢,保持一定的領(lǐng)先地位,是一個需要從長遠發(fā)展方向?qū)徤魉伎嫉闹匾獑栴}。因此,本文主要從企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理角度來研究中鐵建工集團的公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問題,對構(gòu)建企業(yè)的核心競爭力以獲得健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的理論指導(dǎo)和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文共分為六部分:第一章闡明了論文的研究背景、意義、方法、內(nèi)容與結(jié)構(gòu);第二章分別對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的研究現(xiàn)狀、基本理論和方法工具相關(guān)內(nèi)容進行綜述;第三章分別對中鐵建工集團公司發(fā)展的內(nèi)外環(huán)境進行具體分析,并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果構(gòu)建本公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析的SWOT矩陣;第四章構(gòu)建中鐵建工集團公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的框架體系,由上到下依次為總體戰(zhàn)略、業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略和職能戰(zhàn)略,并分別對它們進行了具體的內(nèi)容研究;第五章提出了能夠確保公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略順利實施應(yīng)遵循的三項基本原則、需要重點控制的三個關(guān)鍵點以及在戰(zhàn)略實施過程中應(yīng)采取的三項保障措施;最后,簡要說明了本文的主要研究成果和進一步研究展望。 本文主要取得以下研究成果:(1)基于中鐵建工集團公司的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,根據(jù)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論,將企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的全過程劃分為環(huán)境分析、體系構(gòu)建和實施控制三大階段,為今后企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的管理工作提供了明確思路。(2)充分運用各種有效的戰(zhàn)略分析工具,對中鐵建工集團公司生存發(fā)展的內(nèi)外環(huán)境進行深度剖析,并建立了公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境的SWOT分析矩陣,對公司的戰(zhàn)略分析工作具有實際的指導(dǎo)意義。(3)構(gòu)建了中鐵建工集團公司的戰(zhàn)略框架體系,為本公司今后的戰(zhàn)略制定與規(guī)劃方面的工作提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As the pillar industry of our national economy, construction industry plays an important role in promoting social progress and economic development. Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, China's economic development has been showing a steady and rapid development trend. At present is in the heavy industry economic era, the national government attaches great importance to the infrastructure construction, since 2005, the whole society fixed assets investment has maintained the high speed growth. The construction industry, which is closely related to it, has entered a "golden period" of rapid growth. However, with the development of information technology and the acceleration of the marketization process, the construction industry of our country will face a more fierce competitive environment. The internal and external environment for its survival and development will undergo profound changes. In the face of opportunities and challenges, China Railway Construction Engineering Group is a large enterprise group in the field of construction industry. How to obtain the sustainable competitive advantage and maintain a certain leading position in the new market competition environment is an important issue that needs to be considered carefully from the long-term development direction. This paper mainly studies the development strategy of China Railway Construction Industry Group from the angle of enterprise strategic management, which has important theoretical guidance and practical significance for the construction of the core competitiveness of enterprises in order to obtain healthy and sustainable development. This paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter clarifies the research background, significance, method, content and structure of the thesis; The second chapter summarizes the research status quo, basic theory and method tools of enterprise strategic management. The third chapter analyzes the internal and external environment of the development of China Railway Construction and Engineering Group Company respectively, and constructs the SWOT matrix of the development strategy environment analysis of the company according to the analysis results. Chapter 4th constructs the frame system of the development strategy of China Railway Construction and Engineering Group Company, from top to bottom is the overall strategy, the business strategy and the function strategy, and has carried on the concrete content research to them separately; Chapter 5th puts forward three basic principles to ensure the smooth implementation of the company's development strategy, three key points that need to be controlled, and three safeguard measures to be taken in the process of the implementation of the strategy. Finally, the main research results and further research prospects are briefly described. Based on the development of China Railway Construction Engineering Group and the theory of enterprise strategic management, the whole process of enterprise strategic management is divided into environmental analysis. The three stages of system construction and implementation control provide a clear idea for the management of enterprise development strategy in the future) and make full use of all kinds of effective strategic analysis tools. This paper makes a deep analysis of the internal and external environment for the survival and development of China Railway Construction and Engineering Group Company, and establishes the SWOT analysis matrix of the company's development strategy environment. It has practical guiding significance to the company's strategic analysis work. (3) the strategic frame system of China Railway Construction and Engineering Group Company is constructed, which provides the theoretical basis for the company's future strategic formulation and planning work.
