【摘要】:中國(guó)是全球照明產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)和出口大國(guó),中國(guó)的照明產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)銷售到世界170多個(gè)國(guó)家,節(jié)能燈、白熾燈等光源產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)量和出口均為世界第一。照明產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)企業(yè)以民營(yíng)中小型企業(yè)為主。自2011年以來(lái),由于國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)尚未穩(wěn)定復(fù)蘇,外需不振,出口訂單大幅下滑,影響了照明產(chǎn)品的出口。同時(shí)傳統(tǒng)照明行業(yè)自身受到原材料上漲、勞動(dòng)力價(jià)格的提高、人民幣升值等因素導(dǎo)致成本上升,利潤(rùn)大幅下降,另外LED照明的快速發(fā)展,正逐步推動(dòng)著整個(gè)照明產(chǎn)業(yè)格局的轉(zhuǎn)變,傳統(tǒng)照明產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨著重重危機(jī)。本論文依托Ⅰ公司對(duì)印尼直接投資的項(xiàng)目分析,研究照明行業(yè)的對(duì)外直接投資的戰(zhàn)略,為民營(yíng)中小型照明企業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)當(dāng)前的危機(jī)指出一條明路。本論文首先根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)外投資理論研究的述評(píng),論證對(duì)外直接投資的可行性。接著分析了中國(guó)照明行業(yè)對(duì)外投資的必要性與區(qū)位的選擇,確定了印尼為最佳的投資區(qū)域。通過(guò)調(diào)研得出印尼照明行業(yè)發(fā)展尚處在起步階段,市場(chǎng)需求容量大、增長(zhǎng)快,本土產(chǎn)能有限,需求遠(yuǎn)大于供給,市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入無(wú)障礙,市場(chǎng)前景廣闊,直接投資獲利機(jī)會(huì)高的結(jié)論。然后借助宏觀環(huán)境分析模型——PEST模型、行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)分析Poter五力模型、SWOT分析模型等工具對(duì)在印尼進(jìn)行節(jié)能燈組裝廠投資項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行具體分析,另外還對(duì)項(xiàng)目投資過(guò)程中可能遇到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分析并提出相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制對(duì)策。根據(jù)上述的分析做出了工公司對(duì)外采取縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略,立足于建立生產(chǎn)基地,整合和完善自身的銷售渠道;對(duì)內(nèi)采取差異化戰(zhàn)略,建立品牌,對(duì)應(yīng)印尼的消費(fèi)習(xí)慣,加強(qiáng)研發(fā)和創(chuàng)新能力,發(fā)展多樣化的產(chǎn)品;采取集中重點(diǎn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,集中優(yōu)勢(shì)資源在小范圍目標(biāo)區(qū)域進(jìn)行滲透,建立穩(wěn)固的銷售渠道后再向周邊擴(kuò)散的戰(zhàn)略選擇。此外還針對(duì)該項(xiàng)目建立了財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)測(cè)模型進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目投資估算、成本和收益測(cè)算、現(xiàn)金流量測(cè)算、盈虧平衡分析等財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析研究,同時(shí)對(duì)項(xiàng)目所產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)影響進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。最后得出I公司對(duì)印尼直接投資節(jié)能燈照明組裝廠項(xiàng)目,政策依據(jù)充分,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整作用明顯;具有很強(qiáng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)拉動(dòng)和產(chǎn)業(yè)輻射功能。市場(chǎng)需求增長(zhǎng)基礎(chǔ)穩(wěn)定;建設(shè)規(guī)模切合實(shí)際;綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力強(qiáng),經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益顯著;對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展將起到積極的作用;該項(xiàng)目切實(shí)可行的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:China is the world lighting products production and export countries, China's lighting products have been sold to more than 170 countries, energy-saving lamps. Incandescent lamp and other light source products output and export are the first in the world. Lighting products production enterprises mainly private small and medium-sized enterprises. Since 2011, because the international economy has not yet recovered stably, the external demand is weak. Export orders fell sharply, affecting the export of lighting products. At the same time, the traditional lighting industry itself suffered from rising raw materials, rising labor prices, appreciation of the RMB and other factors led to higher costs and a sharp decline in profits. In addition, the rapid development of LED lighting, is gradually promoting the transformation of the pattern of lighting industry, the traditional lighting industry is facing a number of crises. This paper relies on the project analysis of company I direct investment in Indonesia. This paper studies the strategy of foreign direct investment (FDI) in lighting industry, and points out a clear way for private small and medium-sized lighting enterprises to deal with the current crisis. Firstly, this paper reviews the theory of foreign investment at home and abroad. The feasibility of foreign direct investment (FDI) is demonstrated. Then the necessity and location selection of Chinese lighting industry are analyzed. Indonesia is the best investment area. Through the investigation, the lighting industry in Indonesia is still in the initial stage of development, the market demand capacity is large, rapid growth, local production capacity is limited, the demand is far greater than supply. The conclusion that the market enters without obstacles, the market prospect is broad, the direct investment profit opportunity is high. Then with the help of the macro-environment analysis model, pest model, the industry competition analysis Poter five-force model. SWOT analysis model and other tools in Indonesia to carry out a specific analysis of the investment project of energy-saving lamp assembly plant. In addition, the paper also analyzes the risks that may be encountered in the process of project investment and puts forward the corresponding risk control countermeasures. According to the above analysis, the paper makes the vertical integration strategy adopted by the industrial company to establish a production base. To integrate and improve their own sales channels; To adopt differentiation strategy, establish brand, correspond to Indonesia's consumption habits, strengthen R & D and innovation ability, and develop diversified products; We should adopt the strategy of focusing on development and concentrate our superior resources to infiltrate into small target areas. In addition, a financial forecasting model is established to evaluate the project, through the project investment estimates, cost and income estimates, cash flow calculation. Financial indicators, such as break-even analysis, are analyzed, and the social impact of the project is evaluated. Finally, the policy basis of company I for direct investment in energy saving lamp lighting assembly plant project in Indonesia is sufficient. The role of industrial structure adjustment is obvious; Has a strong industrial pull and industrial radiation function. The growth of market demand is stable; The scale of construction is realistic; The comprehensive economic competition ability is strong, the economic benefit and social benefit are remarkable; It will play a positive role in realizing the sustainable development of economy and society. The project is a practical conclusion.
