【摘要】:伴隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展和政府有效的宏觀調(diào)控,如何確保一個(gè)企業(yè)維持高速、穩(wěn)定、持續(xù)的前進(jìn),成為越來(lái)越多理論研究關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)。作為企業(yè)的管理層,全身心投入到企業(yè)的管理只是一個(gè)必要條件,更為關(guān)鍵的是如何調(diào)動(dòng)全體企業(yè)員工的積極性,讓企業(yè)員工“心往一處想,勁往一處使”,齊心協(xié)力推動(dòng)“企業(yè)列車(chē)”不斷前行。因此,作為先決條件的員工激勵(lì)制度就是必不可少的一個(gè)研究的領(lǐng)域。 作為西電集團(tuán),鑒于其員工的特殊性以及學(xué)歷等各方面的差異性,探討如何更有效的激勵(lì)員工努力工作意義顯得更加的重大。如何構(gòu)建一個(gè)科學(xué)且合理的員工激勵(lì)機(jī)制則成為制約和影響西電集團(tuán)持續(xù)發(fā)展和壯大的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。通過(guò)設(shè)置科學(xué)的激勵(lì)機(jī)制,能夠極大地降低企業(yè)員工的倦怠現(xiàn)象,更能夠預(yù)防并解決企業(yè)人才流失問(wèn)題,除此之外,還可以極大地調(diào)動(dòng)員工在工作方面的主觀能動(dòng)性和積極性。這些都能夠?yàn)橥苿?dòng)西電集團(tuán)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展做出積極的貢獻(xiàn)。鑒于員工激勵(lì)制度的研究對(duì)于公司發(fā)展的重要性,文章從分析目前員工激勵(lì)制度所存在的問(wèn)題入手,在此基礎(chǔ)之上重點(diǎn)討論了員工激勵(lì)制度實(shí)施的優(yōu)化方案和輔助措施,以企業(yè)的客觀發(fā)展實(shí)際為基礎(chǔ),企業(yè)激勵(lì)機(jī)制理論為導(dǎo)向深入研究了西電集團(tuán)在實(shí)施員工激勵(lì)制度方面的必要性,進(jìn)一步指出現(xiàn)存激勵(lì)方案的欠缺并提出一整套的優(yōu)化方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the market economy and the effective macro-control of the government, how to ensure an enterprise to maintain high speed, stability and continuous progress has become the focus of more and more theoretical research. Devotion to the management of the enterprise is only a necessary condition. The more important thing is how to arouse the enthusiasm of all the employees of the enterprise, so that the employees of the enterprise can "think in one place and make the effort in the same place". Therefore, employee incentive system as a prerequisite is an essential research area. As the West Power Group, in view of the particularity of its staff as well as the differences in education and other aspects. It is more important to explore how to encourage employees to work hard, and how to construct a scientific and reasonable employee incentive mechanism becomes the key link to restrict and influence the sustainable development and growth of Xideng Group. Setting up scientific incentive mechanism. Can greatly reduce the phenomenon of enterprise staff burnout, more able to prevent and solve the problem of enterprise brain drain, in addition. It can also greatly mobilize the subjective initiative and enthusiasm of employees in their work. All of these can contribute positively to the sustainable and healthy development of Xideng Group. In view of the research of employee incentive system, it will contribute to the development of the company. The importance of. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the current employee incentive system, this paper focuses on the optimization scheme and auxiliary measures for the implementation of the employee incentive system, which is based on the objective development of the enterprise. Based on the theory of enterprise incentive mechanism, this paper studies the necessity of implementing employee incentive system in Xideng Group, further points out the deficiency of the existing incentive scheme and puts forward a set of optimization schemes.
