【摘要】:由于核電是一種技術(shù)成熟的清潔能源,不會(huì)造成對(duì)大氣的污染,在當(dāng)今國(guó)際社會(huì)普遍重視環(huán)境保護(hù)的形勢(shì)下,積極推進(jìn)核電建設(shè),是我國(guó)能源建設(shè)的一項(xiàng)重要政策。 核電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)是實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)核電設(shè)計(jì)自主化以及核電設(shè)備制造自主化,而這需要技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、消化吸收、自主研發(fā)等能力的培養(yǎng)和積淀,技術(shù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)歸根到底是人力資源的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),具備高素質(zhì)的人力資源隊(duì)伍是企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)自主研發(fā)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí),由于核電企業(yè)具有科技含量高、專業(yè)性強(qiáng)以及核安全方面的嚴(yán)格要求等特點(diǎn),必須保障核電企業(yè)人力資源隊(duì)伍的素質(zhì)和水準(zhǔn)。其中,高效的培訓(xùn)體系則是提升核電企業(yè)人力資源隊(duì)伍的水準(zhǔn)和能力的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。 CNP公司作為我國(guó)核電產(chǎn)業(yè)中的重點(diǎn)企業(yè)之一,在公司中長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃中,明確了公司的發(fā)展遠(yuǎn)景是打造國(guó)際一流核電AE公司,使公司的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)品質(zhì)在業(yè)內(nèi)擁有良好的口碑。這就意味著企業(yè)自主研發(fā)和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的提升,而核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的壯大必須以人力資源隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)的提升為基礎(chǔ),培訓(xùn)體系則是提升人力資源素質(zhì)的重要途徑。 結(jié)合作者多年的工作實(shí)踐,論文選取了CNP公司培訓(xùn)體系問(wèn)題為研究對(duì)象,將系統(tǒng)化培訓(xùn)方法應(yīng)用到CNP公司的培訓(xùn)管理中。論文的研究主要包括以下方面的內(nèi)容: 首先,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外人力資源培訓(xùn)的相關(guān)理論及研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理和分析,,掌握目前人力資源培訓(xùn)的研究前沿,為論文的研究提供理論的支撐,在此基礎(chǔ)上,選取系統(tǒng)化培訓(xùn)方法作為論文后續(xù)分析的視角,對(duì)其發(fā)展脈絡(luò)、特點(diǎn)以及內(nèi)容等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的介紹; 然后,立足于企業(yè)實(shí)踐,在對(duì)CNP公司的培訓(xùn)狀況進(jìn)行深入細(xì)致的調(diào)查研究和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納其培訓(xùn)中存在的突出問(wèn)題,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出培訓(xùn)體系改進(jìn)的方向和目標(biāo); 最后,基于系統(tǒng)化培訓(xùn)方法構(gòu)建CNP公司的系統(tǒng)化培訓(xùn)體系,探討CNP公司系統(tǒng)化培訓(xùn)體系的基本構(gòu)架、主要模塊、支撐系統(tǒng)、實(shí)施流程等,并通過(guò)階段性實(shí)施效果對(duì)比分析系統(tǒng)化培訓(xùn)體系的成效。
[Abstract]:Because nuclear power is a mature technology of clean energy, it will not cause air pollution. In today's international community's attention to environmental protection, actively promoting nuclear power construction is an important policy for energy construction in China.
The key link in the development of nuclear power industry in China is to realize the design of nuclear power nuclear power equipment manufacturing independence and autonomy, which requires technological innovation, digestion and absorption, accumulation and cultivation of independent research and development ability, after all the competition is the competition of human resources, with high quality human resources team is the enterprise realizes the independent research and development foundation technology innovation. At the same time, due to the nuclear power enterprises with high technological content, strong professional and nuclear safety aspects of the strict requirements and other characteristics, we must safeguard the human resources team of nuclear power enterprise. Its quality and level, efficient training system is the key link to promote the human resources team of nuclear power enterprise level and ability.
CNP company is one of the key enterprises in China's nuclear power industry, in the company's long-term strategic development plan, clearly the development vision of the company is to build a world-class nuclear power company AE, the company's products and service quality has a good reputation in the industry. This means that the enterprise independent research and development and technological innovation capability. The core competitiveness of the growth must enhance the quality of human resources team based training system is an important way to improve the quality of human resources.
Combined with the author's many years of work experience, this paper selects CNP company training system as the research object, and applies the systematic training method to the training management of CNP company.
First, sort out and analyze the status quo of domestic and international relevant theory of human resources training and research, to grasp the current human resources training research, to provide theoretical support for the thesis, on the basis of selecting systematic training methods as the follow-up analysis perspective, the historical evolution, characteristics and content in detail introduction;
Then, on the basis of in-depth investigation and analysis of the training status of CNP company, the paper summarizes the outstanding problems in training, and then puts forward the direction and goal of training system improvement.
Finally, based on systematic training method, a systematic training system of CNP company is constructed. The basic framework, main modules, supporting system and implementation process of CNP's systematic training system are discussed, and the effectiveness of systematic training system is comparatively analyzed through phased implementation effect.
