【摘要】：隨著國內汽車產業(yè)日益激烈的市場競爭，如何有效提高項目管理效率，降低汽車企業(yè)成本，從而在市場競爭中獲得優(yōu)勢，成為各大汽車制造企業(yè)亟需解決的問題�！盁o縫隙”項目管理理論和方法的出現(xiàn)，為汽車制造企業(yè)提供了一種可以應用的通用的項目管理方法，用以控制汽車成本。這種方法通過識別全生命周期內的相鄰流程節(jié)點之間的工作界面和縫隙源，并且控制這些工作界面上的縫隙源來減少額外成本。 本文介紹了“無縫隙”項目管理理論與“無縫隙”流程管理的概念。分析了汽車項目的流程和目前的項目成本構成以及相應的控制現(xiàn)狀。本文探討了應用“無縫隙”項目管理理論與汽車項目全生命周期的流程相結合，，建立汽車“無縫隙”流程管理模型；分析了流程中的每一個流程節(jié)點之間的工作界面和相應工作界面上的縫隙源，找出對汽車成本有影響的成本縫隙源；在明確項目范圍定義下，通過建立界面管理協(xié)議的方法來控制縫隙源，從而達到“無縫隙”項目管理的目的,并且實現(xiàn)成本的節(jié)約。 在應用汽車“無縫隙”流程管理模型后，經實際汽車企業(yè)項目案例分析，通過最終的成本數(shù)據(jù)對比，表明“無縫隙”流程管理成本控制方法比傳統(tǒng)的項目管理成本控制方法可以節(jié)省物料成本8%。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce market competition of the domestic auto industry, how to effectively improve the efficiency of project management, reduce the cost of automobile enterprises, so as to obtain the competition advantage in the market, become the major automobile manufacturing enterprises need to solve the problem. The "seamless" project management theory and methods, provides a general method of project management can be applied for the automobile manufacturing enterprise, to control the cost of the car. This method through the identification between the adjacent process node in the life cycle of the interface and the gap and control the gap source source, those working on interface to reduce the extra cost.
This paper introduces the "seamless" project management theory and the "seamless" process management concept. Analysis of the composition and control of the corresponding vehicle project process and the current cost of the project. This paper discusses the application of "seamless" lifecycle project management theory and project process combined with the car, build the car "the gap" model of process management; analyzes the gap between the source flow of each node in the process of working interface and corresponding work interface, find out the influence on the cost of the car cost gap source; in clearly defining the scope of the project, to control the gap source through an interface management protocol, so as to achieve "seamless" the purpose of project management, and the implementation of cost savings.
In the application of "seamless" process management model, analysis the actual automobile enterprise project case, by comparing the cost of the final data, shows that the "seamless" process management method of cost control than the traditional project management cost control method can save material cost 8%.
