【摘要】：依據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)融合理論和產(chǎn)業(yè)生命周期理論,分析研究了軍民結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)特質(zhì)及成長機(jī)理,揭示了軍民融合動(dòng)因、融合過程以及軍民結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)特征、成長動(dòng)力模型,并從政策干預(yù)、競爭策略設(shè)計(jì)、產(chǎn)業(yè)融合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控等角度,提出了進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化軍民結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)培育發(fā)展對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:According to the theory of industry convergence and the theory of industry life cycle, this paper analyzes and studies the characteristics and growth mechanism of military-civil-military integration industry, and reveals the motive force, the process of integration, the characteristics of military-civilian integration industry and the model of growth motive force. From the aspects of policy intervention, competition strategy design, risk management and control of industrial convergence, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to further optimize the industry cultivation and development of the combination of military and civil affairs.
