【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展過程，就是充分利用區(qū)域條件形成具有競爭優(yōu)勢的產(chǎn)業(yè)或產(chǎn)業(yè)群，并取得最佳綜合效益的過程。因此，具有競爭力的產(chǎn)業(yè)或產(chǎn)業(yè)群的形成是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的核心。產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力就是特定產(chǎn)業(yè)由各種宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)因素所決定的產(chǎn)業(yè)在國際市場的地位，行業(yè)協(xié)會就是在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的競爭環(huán)境中應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的，也是一個(gè)成熟的市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制中重要的且不可缺少的一種經(jīng)濟(jì)治理方式。它是政府、市場、企業(yè)之間的橋梁，也是相互聯(lián)系的紐帶，對市場秩序建立、維持、行業(yè)發(fā)展起到了重要的作用，協(xié)助市場和行業(yè)秩序健康的發(fā)展。寧波大榭開發(fā)區(qū)保險(xiǎn)箱（柜）行業(yè)協(xié)會（以下簡稱保險(xiǎn)箱行業(yè)協(xié)會）是在我國改革開放不斷深入的大背景下，為了適應(yīng)市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的需要而產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展起來的，在行業(yè)代表性、中介性、服務(wù)性等功能上發(fā)揮了積極作用，但同時(shí)也存在諸多問題。以寧波大榭保險(xiǎn)箱（柜）行業(yè)協(xié)會為例，分析產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的構(gòu)成因素，闡述提升產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的策略和途徑，是本文研究的核心論題。 本文首先評述了產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究，梳理了產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的理論基礎(chǔ)和評價(jià)模型，概括了行業(yè)協(xié)會產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力研究的現(xiàn)狀和問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上，以波特的鉆石模型為理論切入點(diǎn)，深入分析了寧波大榭開發(fā)區(qū)保險(xiǎn)箱（柜）行業(yè)協(xié)會的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢與問題。其次，引入了行業(yè)協(xié)會發(fā)展策略的國際經(jīng)驗(yàn)的分析借鑒。介紹了美、日、德三國的明星企業(yè)及其相關(guān)行業(yè)協(xié)會之間的關(guān)系，闡述其行業(yè)協(xié)會提升行業(yè)競爭力的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。再次，從保險(xiǎn)箱行業(yè)協(xié)會的人員、經(jīng)費(fèi)、會員發(fā)展、業(yè)務(wù)開展等方面，分析我國行業(yè)協(xié)會發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，找出存在的共性問題（例如協(xié)會自律機(jī)制不健全、權(quán)威不強(qiáng)、行業(yè)協(xié)會的自身問題-服務(wù)意識不高、缺少組織管理行業(yè)協(xié)會的高、精、尖的專業(yè)人才等等）。 文章最后根據(jù)“寧波大榭開發(fā)區(qū)保險(xiǎn)箱（柜）行業(yè)協(xié)會”的實(shí)際情況并結(jié)合美、日、德三國行業(yè)協(xié)會發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)及經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對提升寧波大榭開發(fā)區(qū)保險(xiǎn)箱（柜）行業(yè)協(xié)會的產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力提出了建議和對策。主要包括落實(shí)協(xié)會的宗旨與目標(biāo)，，強(qiáng)化協(xié)會的服務(wù)功能，加強(qiáng)協(xié)會的凝聚力和創(chuàng)建優(yōu)秀的管理體制，加大職能建設(shè)力度，以及加強(qiáng)協(xié)會的自身建設(shè)等。
[Abstract]:The process of regional economic development, is to make full use of regional conditions of industry or industry group formed a competitive advantage, and achieve the best overall efficiency. Therefore, the formation of industrial agglomeration or competitive industries is the core of regional economic development. The status of industry competitiveness is the specific industry from various macro economic factors in the industry the international market, the Industry Association came into being in a competitive market economy environment, a kind of economic governance is a mature market economic system is important and indispensable. It is the government, the market, the bridge between enterprises, and is also a link with each other, to maintain the market order, establishment, development of the industry which plays an important role in order to assist in the development of the market and industry. The health insurance of Ningbo Daxie Development Zone box (cabinet) Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the safe industry association) In the background of the deepening of reform and opening up, in order to adapt to the needs of the market economy developed, in the industry representative, intermediary service, and other functions play a positive role, but there are also many problems. A factor analysis of industrial competitiveness, describes the strategies and ways to enhance the international competitiveness of the industry, is the core issue of this study.
This paper first reviews the related research on industrial competitiveness at home and abroad, the theoretical basis and evaluation combing the industrial competitiveness model, summarizes the current situation and problems of association of industry competitiveness of industry. On this basis, using Potter's diamond model as the theoretical starting point, in-depth analysis of the Ningbo Daxie Development Zone Insurance box (cabinet) and problems the development of the advantages of Industry Association. Secondly, analysis of the international experience of the development strategy of the Industry Association for reference. The paper introduced the relationship between Germany, Japan, the star enterprises and relevant industry associations, the association to enhance the competitiveness of the industry experience. Thirdly, from the safe Association of personnel, funds, membership the development, business development and other aspects, analysis of the current situation of the development of China's Industry Association, to find out the common problems (such as association self-discipline mechanism is not perfect, the authority is not strong, the industry association's Q The question - service consciousness is not high, the organization management industry association's high, the fine, the sharp professional talents and so on).
Finally, according to the "Ningbo Daxie Development Zone insurance box (cabinet) the actual situation of the industry association" and combining the beauty, features and experience of the development of the German Industry Association, Ningbo Daxie Development Zone to promote the insurance box (cabinet) Industry Association of industry competitiveness put forward suggestions and countermeasures. Including the implementation of the aims and objectives of the association the association, strengthen the service function, strengthen the association of cohesion and create excellent management system, increase the function of construction, and strengthen the association itself.
