【摘要】：隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,人口的增長(zhǎng)和企業(yè)實(shí)力的增強(qiáng),我國(guó)對(duì)于石油的需求越來(lái)越大,國(guó)內(nèi)石油資源的開發(fā)、石油企業(yè)的發(fā)展成為了一個(gè)熱門的命題。以采油為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),多種經(jīng)營(yíng)為補(bǔ)充的“油企業(yè)”也在發(fā)展的過(guò)程中面臨著眾多挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇。現(xiàn)河采油廠作為東部老采油廠,已進(jìn)入開發(fā)后期,逐步探索走“油企業(yè)”的道路。郝現(xiàn)管理區(qū)作為油田專業(yè)化管理的試點(diǎn)單位之一,探索老區(qū)“四化”建設(shè),即“標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)、模塊化建設(shè)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化采購(gòu)、信息化提升”,以此作為油公司管理模式的技術(shù)支撐,形成具有勝利特色的“四化”管理模式。本文介紹了郝現(xiàn)管理區(qū)的主要發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,包括地面工程現(xiàn)狀和主要管理情況,分別從油氣集輸工程、注水、水處理的地面工程以及自控、環(huán)保等輔助工程方面介紹了郝現(xiàn)管理區(qū)四化建設(shè)的具體改造方案,并在最后評(píng)價(jià)了該四化建設(shè)方案的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與社會(huì)效益,為其他老區(qū)的建設(shè)與改造提供了一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, the growth of population and the enhancement of the strength of enterprises, the demand for oil in China is increasing, and the exploitation of domestic petroleum resources. The development of petroleum enterprises has become a hot proposition, taking oil production as the leading industry. The "oil enterprises", supplemented by diversified operations, are facing many challenges and opportunities in the process of development. As an old oil production plant in the east, Xianghe Oil production Plant has entered the late stage of development. As one of the pilot units in the specialized management of oil fields, the Haoxian management area has explored the "four modernizations" in the old areas, namely, "standardized design, modular construction, and standardized procurement." Informatization promotion ", as the technical support of the management mode of oil company, forms the" four modernizations "management mode with victorious characteristics. This paper introduces the main development situation of Haoxian management area. Including the current situation of surface engineering and main management, from oil and gas gathering and transportation engineering, water injection, water treatment surface engineering and automatic control. In the aspect of environmental protection and other auxiliary engineering, this paper introduces the concrete reconstruction plan of the four modernizations construction in Haoxian management area, and finally evaluates the economic and social benefits of the four modernizations construction plan. It provides some guidance for the construction and transformation of other old areas.
