【摘要】:如今大眾對服裝產(chǎn)品多樣化、個性化的需求越來越明顯和強烈。隨時、隨地可以以任何可能的形式購買商品也成為購買習(xí)慣的新趨勢。 消費者需求決定公司行為。如何通過供應(yīng)商訂單分配來實現(xiàn)敏捷反應(yīng)成為企業(yè)必須面對的問題。而對于以效益為先的企業(yè)來說,所有產(chǎn)品都采取敏捷供應(yīng)鏈策略也是不現(xiàn)實的。于是在解決這個問題之前,必須重新考量哪些產(chǎn)品適合精益型供應(yīng)鏈,哪些適合敏捷型供應(yīng)鏈。 本文首先以產(chǎn)品類型決定論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合服裝行業(yè)特性,推出一套定性、定量相結(jié)合的,三個維度共同決策的指標體系和方法,以定義產(chǎn)品類型,匹配合適的供應(yīng)鏈策略。 而后針對敏捷型供應(yīng)鏈的要求,建立二級的供應(yīng)商選擇和訂單分配模型。本文綜合了質(zhì)量、服務(wù)水平、企業(yè)社會責任、環(huán)境、健康和安全、地區(qū)政治穩(wěn)定性等重要的參數(shù),在將其設(shè)置為篩選條件的同時,也作為產(chǎn)能和成本杠桿計算,充分考慮了指標的調(diào)節(jié)作用。 文章主要章節(jié)都配合現(xiàn)實情況下的案例,對方法的使用和效果進行較為詳盡的說明和分析,并指出了一些模型拓展可能和未來研究的方向。 本文的研究立足于實戰(zhàn),力求平衡好學(xué)術(shù)和實踐的雙重要求,將企業(yè)操作性放在重要的位置,,以求更好的產(chǎn)學(xué)結(jié)合,研以致用。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the demand for the diversification and individuation of clothing products is becoming more and more obvious and strong. At any time, it is a new trend to buy goods in any possible form. Consumer demand determines corporate behavior. How to achieve Agile response through supplier order allocation has become a problem that enterprises must face. It is also unrealistic for all products to adopt agile supply chain strategy, so before solving this problem, we must reconsider which products are suitable for lean supply chain and which is suitable for agile supply chain. Firstly, based on the determinism of product types and combined with the characteristics of garment industry, this paper puts forward a set of qualitative and quantitative index system and method to define product types. Match the appropriate supply chain strategy. Then, to meet the requirements of agile supply chain, the second level supplier selection and order allocation model is established. This paper integrates quality, service level, corporate social responsibility, environment, health and safety. Regional political stability and other important parameters, while setting them as screening conditions, as well as as productivity and cost leverage calculation, fully considered the regulatory role of indicators. The main chapters of this paper are in accordance with the actual cases, the use and effect of the method are explained and analyzed in detail, and some possible models and future research directions are pointed out. The research in this paper is based on actual combat, and tries to balance the dual requirements of academic and practical, and puts the operation of enterprises in an important position, in order to better combine production and study, research and even use.
