【摘要】:中國(guó)在進(jìn)入兩千年以后,經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展,這樣的情況下,中國(guó)GDP水平名列全球第二,成為第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體,但是中國(guó)生產(chǎn)的物料消耗是美國(guó)的十倍,是日本的二十倍,這也就說明,精益生產(chǎn)對(duì)于中國(guó)的重要意義。中國(guó)現(xiàn)在是世界的制造中心,made in china已經(jīng)走遍了全世界,為了能后更好的成為世界的制造中心,中國(guó)必將合理的配置自己的資源,進(jìn)行精益生產(chǎn)。IE是將所有的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)聯(lián)系在一起,包括最新的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù),精益生產(chǎn)技術(shù),,這樣必將走向資源整合,并且合理利用的源頭。 工業(yè)工程是運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)工程和運(yùn)籌學(xué)的理論和方法,對(duì)產(chǎn)品的制造流程進(jìn)行人機(jī)工程研究,動(dòng)作研究,價(jià)值流圖分析,同時(shí)借助先進(jìn)的IT技術(shù)為手段形成了一套系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化技術(shù)。工業(yè)工程方法與產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過程或者工藝緊密相連,對(duì)改進(jìn)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)流程,促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化進(jìn)而保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量降低成本起到至關(guān)重要作用。 傳統(tǒng)制造也認(rèn)為產(chǎn)品不變是最好的,這樣就能穩(wěn)定化生產(chǎn),但是面對(duì)現(xiàn)在供大于求的市場(chǎng),產(chǎn)品本身的改進(jìn)必將是產(chǎn)品有更好的前景,因此工程變更就代表著產(chǎn)品的未來,但是工程變更也是一把雙刃劍,如果利用好,將在未來占領(lǐng)領(lǐng)先的位置,但是如果進(jìn)行混亂,工程變更畢竟是整個(gè)企業(yè)陷入絕境。一般的制造企業(yè)對(duì)于工程變更只是被動(dòng)的接受,但是天津JLG公司利用精益生產(chǎn)的思想和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)完成了對(duì)工程變更的追蹤,以及工程變更的失效性評(píng)估。天津JLG公司依靠精益生產(chǎn)已經(jīng)完全超越了美國(guó)JLG成本,并且不止把成本壓縮在生產(chǎn)線上,同時(shí)推動(dòng)整個(gè)流程的精益生產(chǎn)。 對(duì)于現(xiàn)在天津JLG來說精益生產(chǎn)已經(jīng)深入骨髓,讓每一個(gè)人都知道精益生產(chǎn)能夠什么好處,而這些好處,有直接傳遞給最終的財(cái)務(wù)。

Industrial engineering is to apply the theory and method of system engineering and operational research, ergonomics research on the manufacturing process of the product, action research, value stream analysis, and a set of system optimization technology is formed by means of advanced IT technology and products. The production process of industrial engineering or technology are closely linked, to the improvement of enterprise the production process, promote the standardization of production to ensure product quality and reduce costs play a crucial role.
The traditional manufacturing that product unchanged is the best, so it can stable production, but in the face of the current oversupply in the market, the product itself is the product of the improvement will have better prospects, so the engineering change represents the products in the future, but the engineering change is a double-edged sword, if the use of good will in the future occupation the leading position, but if the engineering change is chaotic, the entire enterprise in dire straits. The general manufacturing enterprises for engineering change just passive acceptance, but the concept and computer technology, lean production by Tianjin JLG company completed the project change tracking, and engineering change failure assessment.
