【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,電力能源出現(xiàn)日益緊缺的狀況。為此,國(guó)家加大了電力建設(shè)的力度,電力建設(shè)的項(xiàng)目增多、規(guī)模也不斷增大,而且電力建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的周期也在不斷的縮短,這就導(dǎo)致了電力安全問(wèn)題不斷出現(xiàn)。 科學(xué)地建立電力工程建設(shè)的管理模式,就是建設(shè)以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工人員的自身安全理論為工作的出發(fā)點(diǎn),以科學(xué)理論、科學(xué)規(guī)律為導(dǎo)向,應(yīng)用合理的管理途徑進(jìn)行電力建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的安全管理,從根本上落實(shí)安全的生產(chǎn)管理模式,這不僅是當(dāng)前工作的需要,也是未來(lái)的趨勢(shì),建立安全的電力建設(shè)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理模式是當(dāng)前我國(guó)電力行業(yè)良好發(fā)展形勢(shì)下的必須品。 本文在電力施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全管理的理論研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)華南地區(qū)輸變電工程建設(shè)的實(shí)際情況,深入研究了輸變電建設(shè)工程施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法。 本次研究期望通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外輸電建設(shè)工程安全管理的分析和調(diào)查研究,結(jié)合業(yè)界先進(jìn)的安全管理科學(xué)理論和工程安全管理理論,探討適合我國(guó)現(xiàn)有輸電工程建設(shè)安全管理體系的構(gòu)建。有效提高輸電線路施工安全管理水平,保障工程安全經(jīng)濟(jì)的施工。運(yùn)用理論結(jié)合實(shí)踐的方法,對(duì)輸電工程建設(shè)安全影響因素及控制方法進(jìn)行探討；最后,提出輸電建設(shè)工程安全管理的優(yōu)化對(duì)策。通過(guò)輸電建設(shè)工程安全管理的項(xiàng)目,以控制措施的效果來(lái)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),最后進(jìn)行全文的總結(jié)和對(duì)未來(lái)的展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of our economy, the situation of power energy is becoming increasingly scarce. Therefore, the state has increased the intensity of electric power construction, the number of power construction projects has increased, and the scale is also increasing. Moreover, the cycle of electric power construction projects is also shortened, which leads to the emergence of power safety problems. Establishing the management mode of electric power engineering construction scientifically is the starting point of the construction work based on the safety theory of the field construction personnel, and guided by the scientific theory and the scientific law. It is not only the need of the current work but also the future trend to apply the reasonable management approach to the safety management of the electric power construction project and fundamentally implement the safe production management mode. It is necessary to establish a safe management mode of electric power construction construction site under the situation of good development of electric power industry in our country at present. Based on the theoretical research results of field safety management in electric power construction, this paper is based on the actual situation of transmission and transformation project construction in South China. The comprehensive evaluation method of construction site safety of power transmission and transformation project is studied in depth. This study looks forward to combining the advanced scientific theory of safety management and the theory of engineering safety management with the analysis and investigation of the safety management of transmission construction projects at home and abroad. This paper discusses the construction of safety management system suitable for the construction of transmission projects in China, effectively improves the level of construction safety management of transmission lines, and ensures the construction of safety and economy of projects. The method of combining theory with practice is used. The influence factors and control methods of transmission engineering construction safety are discussed. Finally, the optimization countermeasures for safety management of transmission construction project are put forward. Through the project of safety management of transmission construction project, the effect of control measures is evaluated. Finally, the summary of the full text and the prospect of the future are carried out.
