【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的品牌在中國(guó)工控市場(chǎng)的逐步增多，市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也越來(lái)越激烈，新的業(yè)務(wù)模式和運(yùn)營(yíng)方式的創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)成為了一個(gè)行業(yè)新的生命力。在工業(yè)行業(yè)中，傳統(tǒng)的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式相對(duì)較為單一，業(yè)務(wù)模式主要以產(chǎn)品的銷售為主，通過(guò)價(jià)格間的差異來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)最終的盈利。而今在全球信息化形勢(shì)的影響下，隨著計(jì)算機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的普及與發(fā)展，電子商務(wù)正在迅速地崛起，網(wǎng)上交易的發(fā)展也步入了一個(gè)新的臺(tái)階。 正是在這樣的背景之下，工控網(wǎng)將目光投向了中國(guó)工業(yè)控制及自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域，借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳媒的優(yōu)勢(shì)來(lái)尋求自身的突破和發(fā)展。然而，作為自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域最大的門戶，工控網(wǎng)如何解決傳統(tǒng)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式中的弊端，改善公司戰(zhàn)略，改進(jìn)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式，都成為了亟待重視和解決的問(wèn)題。 本文以當(dāng)今工控行業(yè)市場(chǎng)的具體情況為背景，分析工控網(wǎng)相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)所具有的特殊資源和優(yōu)勢(shì)，并對(duì)工控網(wǎng)現(xiàn)有的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式進(jìn)行研究，找出當(dāng)前運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中所面臨的問(wèn)題，結(jié)合電子商務(wù)的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)一步討論如何調(diào)整工控網(wǎng)的戰(zhàn)略，，最終針對(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的改進(jìn)提出可行性的方案。
[Abstract]:With the increase of the brand of industrial products in China ' s industrial control market , the market competition is becoming more and more intense , the new business model and the innovation of operation mode have become a new vitality . In the industry , the traditional mode of operation is relatively single , the business model is mainly based on the sale of the product , and the final profit is realized through the difference between price . It is in this background that the industrial control network will look into the field of industrial control and automation in China , and seek its own breakthrough and development by means of the advantages of the network media . However , as the biggest gateway in the automation field , how to solve the shortcomings of traditional operation mode , improve the company strategy and improve the operation mode are all the problems that need to be paid attention to and solved . This paper analyzes the special resources and advantages of the industrial control network with respect to the traditional industry in the light of the specific circumstances of the industrial control industry market , and studies the existing operation mode of the industrial control network , finds out the problems in the current operation process , further discusses how to adjust the strategy of the industrial control network in combination with the characteristics of the electronic commerce , and finally puts forward the feasible scheme for the improvement of the operation mode .
